Top Tier Tokyo Retreat
Pros:

I loved how it had all the stuff you'd need in a compact space, and it was clean and the bathroom was especially great, it was so spacious with great water pressure and amenities. The 7 eleven downstairs was great! The staff was kind and quick to figure out how to resolve any issues for us. And the massages you could purchase here were top notch! It was comfy, cozy, and a great rest stop on our trip.

Cons:

I thought I booked 2 twin beds but I had booked a double twin, that being a single bed. So I was slightly disappointed with the space of the room but that was a mistake with my own misconceived expectations.

Well located hotel for short stay.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Despite having a superior room the space wasn’t great so wouldn’t recommend for a long stay or if you had a lot of luggage - no where to store cases and limited wardrobe space. Looked at little “tired” but the staff very helpful and good breakfast offering.

Location is ok. There is a seven eleven in the same building

Cons:

Rooms are a little outdated but clean. As the rooms are quite small some of the staff in the room is unnecessary. Like the chair and side table.

I really loved the location! The hotel room was very tiny but that seems typical for Tokyo hotels. Everything was really clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the 7/11 right below, very convenient. Akasaka was lovely!!
