There is value for money
Pros:

Should be much Richer.

close to amenities, safe area. excellent service from very helpful and courteous staff, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. breakfast was nice.

Cons:

only wifi connection was slow at times. probably due to outside network issues.

Hotel Manager with zero civic sense and no knowledge of hospitality
Pros:

Hotel is in prime location. Easy to get.

Coffee is very tasty in breakfast.

Cons:

Property is good but just manager need to take more training.

He prefer to discuss and give instructions to their staff at lobby instead of giving fast checkin process with warm welcome.

He stopped receptionist to checkin. He spend 15 minutes for discussion. He has zero knowledge of hospitality.

Dead cockroach was inside room . I don’t know how many days before they clean the room .

Too much air-condition at breakfast and too hot at reception.

Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay
Pros:

Loved that the rooms were fresh. Didn’t smell musty. The Air conditioning was superb!

Cons:

I called for the WiFi password and tea tray refresh, but no one came.

And in app is showing airport pick and drop facility but they don’t have. We have to book our self
