Az apartmanból gyönyörű kilátás nyílik a tengerre. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész, az ágyak kényelmesek, finom a reggeli. Szuper a medence, nagy és kristálytiszta a víz. Rövid sétával elérhető a tenger és a sétálóutca.

Cons:

Öt éjszakát töltöttünk itt, utolsó éjszakára kaptunk tiszta ágyneműt. Érdemes lenni odafigyelni arra, hogy ilyen esetben félidőben történjen az ágynemű- és törölköző csere.

Amazing! Wish we had stayed longer at Viaros and the Tolo area.
Pros:

Sofia was an amazing receptionist, chef, and bartender! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all expected amenities. The views of the sea were beautiful and breakfast was excellent. The pool was perfect to cool off and relax after a hot walk in the ruins.

Cons:

Towels to take to the beach would have made the visit entirely perfect.

Bien, pero hay detalles importantes que hay que cuidar.
Pros:

La ubicación, cerca de los servicios, restaurantes, tiendas, etc. Las vistas desde el apartamento y desde el comedor. La atención en recepción al llegar fue buena, había 2 personas una hablaba bien inglés la otra no mucho. El desayuno estaba bien y el personal del comedor era amable, empezar el día con el desayuno y esas vistas fue maravilloso. El parking para los coches es una ventaja. La nota del establecimiento lo baja el problema que se detalla a continuación.

Cons:

Que la ropa de cama de una de las habitaciones del apartamento no la habían cambiado, tenia "restos" de los anteriores huéspedes, estaba sucia con pelos, gotas sangre y se veía que había dormido alguien en esas sabanas. Nos dimos cuenta al acostarnos y ya no había servicio de recepción ni limpieza. A la mañana siguiente lo comentamos, la persona de recepción "culpo" a la empresa de lavandería, pero insistimos que no era un problema de lavado, era que no lo habían cambiado. Envío a una persona de limpieza y ésta al verlo reconoció el error, se disculpo (no hablaba inglés) pero se le veía afectada por la situación y a su forma pidió perdón. Las otras habitaciones del apartamento estaban limpias y sin problemas. Por parte de recepción/ dirección del establecimiento no se disculparon ni mencionaron el incidente en ningún momento más ni durante la estancia, ni a la salida que era el mismo personal que estaba cuando comunicamos el problema. La nota la bajamos por este incidente ya que consideramos la limpieza un elemento clave.

Pros:

We loved the location, the friendly staff, the breakfast buffet, the swimming pool and the spacious bedrooms. Tolo is a beautiful little beach town with excellent restaurants on the picturesque beachfront.

Cons:

The kitchen was slightly under-equipped and we could smell the drains in the kitchen and bathroom.
