Am Anfang waren wir etwas skeptisch, aber unser Urlaub war wirklich schön und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns
Pros:

Das Essen war wirklich ein Highlight und bekommt von uns eine 10/10 – genau wie es auch viele andere Bewertungen beschreiben. Auch insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Cons:

Am Pool war es manchmal etwas schwierig, eine Liege zu bekommen, aber letztendlich haben wir immer einen Platz gefunden. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist der Shuttle zum Strand, da die letzte Fahrt um 17 Uhr geht und die Rückfahrt um 17:50 Uhr – allerdings ist der Strand auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Je ne pense pas que cet hôtel mérite ses 4 étoiles. Il dispose bien d’une piscine, d’un spa et de la climatisation, mais cela ne suffit pas. La chambre n’était pas propre à notre arrivée : sol sale, serviettes tachées et présence de cheveux. Le restaurant intérieur n’est pas climatisé, il est donc difficile d’y manger sans transpirer. Le personnel était souriant, mais nous avons souvent eu l’impression de déranger. Pour moi, cet hôtel correspond davantage à un 3 étoiles qu’à un véritable 4 étoiles.

J’ ai bien aimer les repas du matin midi et soir , les piscins ausdi bien celle de l’interieur

Ce n’est pas des critiques , mais vraiment a ameliorer La vetuster des lieux a remettre au gout du jour , deco , mobilier ect..., toutes edt fatiguer et user par les années passer , armoire trop petite pour y caser les affaires de 3 personnes occupant la chambres , rideaux non occultant qui nous teveil tous mes matins a la lueur du jour , peu de pression de l’eau a la pomme de douche , et l’eau chaude ou froide difficile a avoir une temperature stable , je n’avais pas vu la mention payante sur le sauna , car tous les hotel que j’ai fait , toutes etaient compris et gratuit , j’aurais preferer une douche fermer qu’une demi porte en verre,

Shows ans animation were great!

Cons:

Water in the main pools had too much chlorine. Drinks could be better. Only water tea, coffee, pepsi and ayran were good. For food, more meat is preferable in everyday menu and not just some days during the week.

Osoblje je ljubazno, sobe su čišćene svakog dana. Hrana je bila ukusna i raznovrsna. Animacije na bazenu su bile odlične. Uživali smo!

Excellent stay for Families
Pros:

The food in total was great (breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner), fresh, good quality.
Rooms are clean and everyday got new bottle of water.
Staff was really kind and patient and entertainments are ensured.

Cons:

Sometimes in the night i heard some loud people shouting next to the 16+ pool but it didn't disturb me but my family.
Realized that the Hotel is not directly at the beach, but with the help of easy transportation (underpass walk - 10min) it was OK.
