Tôi đã đặt phòng và cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin liên hệ, bao gồm cả số điện thoại. Tuy nhiên, vào sáng ngày nhận phòng, khách sạn không gọi điện để xác nhận mà chỉ gửi một tin nhắn qua ứng dụng Booking hỏi thời gian tôi đến. Do đang lái xe nên tôi không thể truy cập ứng dụng để đọc và phản hồi ngay.
Đến khoảng 9 giờ sáng, khi đọc được tin nhắn, tôi chủ động gọi điện cho khách sạn để thông báo thời gian nhận phòng. Tuy nhiên, nhân viên cho biết vì tôi không trả lời tin nhắn trên ứng dụng nên khách sạn đã tự ý hủy đặt phòng và bán lại cho khách khác với mức giá cao hơn.
Điều tôi không thể chấp nhận là khách sạn đã có đầy đủ số điện thoại của tôi nhưng không hề gọi điện để xác minh trước khi hủy phòng. Việc đơn phương hủy đặt phòng như vậy cho thấy quy trình làm việc thiếu chuyên nghiệp, không tôn trọng khách hàng và không đảm bảo cam kết đối với các đặt phòng đã được xác nhận.
Đây là một trải nghiệm rất thất vọng và khiến tôi mất niềm tin vào uy tín của khách sạn. Tôi sẽ không quay lại và cũng không thể giới thiệu nơi này cho người khác.

❌⛔️ATTENTION NO BOOK HERE⛔️❌ El sitio muy viejo. Nos cambiaron de habitación porque se inundó el baño y la otra era peor. Olor a humedad terrible sin ventilación. No vale ni 5-6€ por noche. Sin papel del WC y todo muy sucio. La piscina que oferta no funciona. Todo mal.
