No water provided, first place in three months of traveling SE Asia that’s happened.
When a 56 year old bachelor has issues like this the place is well below par.

They false advertise!! No spa, no sauna and the billiard table has no holes so you can’t even play pool!

We liked the fact there was hot water 24/7. We also liked that we had a wardrobe.
The a/c was useless, didn't put any cool air into the room. The swimming pool yet again wasn't working (2nd year running for me). The staff mostly were not helpful only when it seemed to be the manager there were they helpful. The cleaning of not just the room, but the entire hotel left a lot to be desired. The light covers were black rather than white or crystal, the floors throughout were not mopped or swept properly on a daily basis, the rubbish bins in public area didn't get emptied daily, there was an amount of rubbish in a torn bag on the very top floor, where the defunct pool is, that was there when we arrived and still there when we left. It had rubbish spilling out of it into the balcony. The bathroom was bloody putrid smelling of strong urine and some yukky stuff came up our shower drain into the shower floor as well as the floor under the basin. The pool table that is there and advertised as such is unusable as it has only 3 balls and no open pickets for balls to go in. There was no cold water from the tap in room, it was warm. Main light in room only worked when it wanted to and not for very long or even every day. Internet was very unstable, so had to use mobile data more often than not. Asked for the use of a knife one day to cut an orange and got told they didn't have one, so then asked for a pair of scissors only to be told the same thing. This was my 2nd consecutive year of staying here and I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. It really has gone downhill dramatically from 2025.
