Es war unsauber. Diese „Kaution” wurde einbehalten weil das ganze Zimmer angeblich voller Haarfarbe war (was nicht stimmt)
Ich hatte auch ein Problem mit der Tür weil man ein Code braucht als ich unten nach diesen gefragt habe wurde ich Respektlos behandelt

Pros:

Good comfy bed, clean room.

Cons:

At 11:30 pm people from the hotel were banging on our door. We were already asleep. Without telling us why, they wanted our name and walked away again. Airconditioning was broken. Curtains could only close for 80%, so a lot of street light entered the room at night.

Incredible location and great value
Pros:

Amazing location right opposite the main train station and in the city centre. Great value for money. Room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Didn’t know about the 100€ cash security deposit until message received shortly before check in. However on check in the receptionist said it was only if either of us were smokers so we didn’t have to pay. Air conditioning unit was old and didn’t really do anything to cool the room down.

Pros:

Ein wirklich geräumiges Zimmer und ein schönes Badezimmer. Ausgezeichnet war das Bett, angefangen von der Matratze über das Kopfkissen, bis hin zur Bettdecke. Toll geschlafen. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist perfekt

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. As soon as I checked in, I was asked to pay a €100 deposit for the room.

When I entered the room, the bed had bed bugs all over it, and this was only about 30 minutes after I had checked in. I immediately asked to check out, but the staff refused to refund the amount I had paid, not even for a single night.

The hotel is generally not clean, and this is not the first time someone has complained about bed bugs here. I checked out immediately regardless of their refusal to refund me. The staff were also extremely rude and unhelpful.
