Pros:

номер не соответствовал тому,который мы бронировали,нас поселили в комнату на последнем этаже ,где совершенно не ловил wi-fi!
Но переговорив с персоналом,нам всё же предоставили другую комнату этажем ниже.Но и там не было ни чайника ,ни чашек(хотя на фото они предусматривались).
Порадовало то,что при выезде любезно разрешили оставить сумки на несколько часов

Пора бы обновить постельное белье,оно было чистым,Но выцветевшим и изношенным((
