The room was on the first floor so we were worried about noise, but the soundproofing and how it was laid out was amazing. It was so quiet and comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful.
The room is a smidge dated, but the bathroom was so nice. And the soaring ceiling made it feel so grand. There isn't really anything I didn't like... maybe some new carpet would be nice... but really, lovely room.

Convenient location n big rooms
Having to use card for elevator n off there was an issue n u were on an upper floor u would have to use stairs to go down n get someone to fix
It was amazing that the hotel provided an ample breakfast AND a dinner buffet with a complimentary drink in the evening! It was a wonderful benefit to be able to eat in the hotel!
The staff was super friendly. The breakfast and kickback added value. They had a pool and hot tub too. It used to be a federal reserve building and had the vaults changed to mtg rooms but still had the vault door. Super interesting. Lastly the rooftop deck was a nice place to relax at the end of the day. I’m a big fan and will come back

The staff was helpful and friendly, the entire staff, valet, housekeeping, front desk, etc. The hotel as a whole was very clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us as well.

We loved the walk ability in downtown. Close to a lot of downtown areas. Nice historic building. Nice bar area. The happy hour was nice
The room and most of the hotel was tired. It needs updating. Breakfast was OK. For about $250 per night including taxes, it was a bit overpriced

Not only did they have free breakfast, they also had dinner. I'm a vegetarian so they had delicious options for me & others - WOW. Great location in downtown and close to the train, which was important to me. A restored bank that I learned about on my Hop On tour! Very family friendly and in general friendly. It was great!
