Pros:

Our 6 year old granddaughter slept in Tuesday morning and we missed breakfast. We called down to see if we could her some toast,they brought up 2 trays full off food for all of us. Alot of places would have said sorry we are closed but they didn't. They were very polite. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We will be back.

The hotel in a central, downtown location within a 12-minute walk of PPG Paints Arena, with convenient parking available for any type of vehicle. The room is large and spacious with a functional layout, including a microwave, refrigerator,, with accessible power outlets and comfortable lighting. A key priority is a high-quality, long bed suitable for tall people. Overall, the hotel have high standards of cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and a varied, generous breakfast.

Cons:

There is no safe in the room. For business people coming from out of town to stay, this is a bit inconvenient, even though there is a central safe in the hotel, and it is not suitable for everyone who needs it.

Fantastic clean hotel
Pros:

I love this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. Our room was clean and spacious.

Pros:

Very hot tub with strong jets, good food and drinks, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet rooms.

Cons:

They should have adult only pool hours. For example families till 9pm then adults only for an hour or two.

The free dinner or breakfast was not great! Enough quantity but poor on quality. The quality of food was below average. We had to later go and eat outside.

We were told our truck was going to be fine for valet parking. We get there and the guy was like I cant park your truck here.. and I explained how I called prior to driving here... he made us park In a garage 3 blocks away in a city where we're not familiar. And had to walk back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown. The location was perfect—everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. They were always happy to answer our questions and gave us great recommendations. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to couples, families, and anyone visiting Pittsburgh.
