The scenery
The receptionists are not friendly.
Overcharging food, especially drink.
Nice room, good shower, comfy bed, balcony etc couldn't fault it. limited view.
Gym was a bit basic, could do with more equipment for people who want to move weights, and its hard to find.
Monstrosity of a 'temporary' covered structure (its been there two years!) infront of the lobby / bar / breakfast restaurant completely spoils the view, its ugly and needs tearing down

・視察は総じて良かった
ちなみに、眺望が素晴らしいが、お庭側の部屋はなんてことはない(しょぼい)のでご注意ください。
・15時のチェックインに合わせて着いてみると、とても混んでいて受付で30分待たされました。加えて荷物を運ぶのも遅く、自室で荷物を開けたのはホテルに着いてから1時間後でした。
・スイート、セミスイートとそれ以外のレベルの部屋は別の塔になります。Booking.comに勧められるがままに別のレベルの部屋を予約すると、往来が非常に不便です。
・諸事情あって2つ取ったうちの1部屋をアップグレードしてもらいましたが、レストランにはうまく伝わっていなかったのか、朝のビュッフェで差額の支払いを求められました。
総じてオペレーションが脆弱で、イライラさせられます。

Nice rooms, buffet breakfast with large choice, place well maintained.
I would likely book the same hotel again, but not the mountain view room.
You pay extra to get the mountain view room. But that is a bad choice.
It faces the road and many noisy scooters are passing by.
Since the noise proofing is not the best, it ruins your sleep.
Also, the curtains are not preventing the daylight to get into the room. So, early wake-up...
