Het vriendelijke en zeer verzorgende personeel en het uitmuntende eten. Mooie entourage ook.
En de zeer goede service van het personeel, Yola, om mee naar een oplossing te kijken voor de geluidshinder.
De geluidshinder maakte de aantrekkelijke omgeving (ik had stilte en natuur verwacht) veel minder prettig dan verwacht bij boeking. Maar dit is boven verwachting goed opgelost door me een andere, veel luxere suite elders op het terrein, aan te bieden.
Daarna heb ik volop kunnen genieten. Ik reis al 5 jaar door Indonesië maar nog nooit zo'n klasse ontbijtbuffet, van chefkok, meegemaakt. Zeer uitgebreid, vers en ontzettend goed bereid. O.a. door Joji.
Goede service ook door roomcleaning. Roomservice ook prima.
Kortom, ik kom hier, als de renovatie voltooid is, graag terug. Ik boek dan een kamer aan de tuinkant. Deze is rustiger dan aan de bergkant.
Geluidshinder van het verkeer en van de renovatie.

In the mountain view room, the noise from the motorbikes is a real issue at night. Something needs to be done about this.
This is not my first visit, I've stayed here couple times. They had a good ambiance, and the restaurant serve a good pizza.
Compare to my last visit, this trip not worth the visit. First, they currently have renovation, which made the place dirty and noisy.
Second, our room facing mountain view, since the road to sumarecon area is finished, now the road made loads of traffic and the window of our room has ZERO noise reduction! So it was very noisy every time motorcycles pass.
Lastly, the breakfast area, they kinda hide the egg and sausages. You have to wait in line for a long time to get them.
I mean you can prepare simple egg at the buffet area. And the chefs were overwhelm with the waiting line that gave order.

A resort with comprehensive facilities and beautiful view, perfect for staycation. The fire restaurant has wonderful options of western food
One of the bulding is undergoing renovation until september, hopefully it would turns into something more beautiful.

Location is very convenient from Jakarta.
Some part of the road to Gadog need to be repaired.
Closet seat needs to be warmer, the pipe of jet shower was leaking, understaff daily housekeeping, unstable electricity.
Most of all no advance notice that the cafe was closed for renovation…give very bad impression for the whole hotel.

Great hotel rooms and facilities. I booked for my parent’s birthday and they prepared a nice surprise.
It was quite busy that check-in took longer than expected
