Pros:

The breakfast was great

Cons:

They need to spend more time cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. I had to take care of cleaning the shower, especially the shower head. There was broken tile in the bathroom.

A New Experience at a Hotel
Pros:

I have stayed in a number of Fairfield's including this one but probably won't stay at the Lancaster Fairfield again. The reason........they were booking rooms and didn't have hot water. Yep, you read that right! Showers and shaving were done with cold water. I mentioned it at checkout and the manager said the desk clerk should have told us when we were checking in. If I knew that in advance I wouldn't have stayed there. It was so hot and humid I was looking forward to a nice shower but had the experience of a high price campout. The icing on the cake was the room had a broken toilet seat.

He did knock $20 off the bill but from my view why are you renting out rooms with no hot water? To me it was a bad management decision, and I won't be staying there the next time I'm in the area .

Quality stay, amazing location, exceptional staff
Pros:

The room smelled great upon entering..building seemed well kept. Manager on Duty was exceptionally nice.

Cons:

Indoor pool was super cold. Didn't stop my toddler from going in or fighting to leave but would have made me happier haha

It was good except for the loud groups in the lobby, AC out, and bathroom fan not working

I thought the room was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The breakfast was good also.

Cons:

There was a broken dolly with flat tires that we packed all of our suitcases on before we found out that it wouldn't hardly move. Also, there was a very loud group in the lobby at night and in the morning. They were very annoying and disturbing the peace, but no one said anything to them to quiet them down. Also, the air was out in the halls, bathroom, and breakfast area.

Great overall state and awesome location. Staff was pleasant and professional.

The day was great! Great size room for the six of us.

Cons:

There was no water in the breakfast area in the morning. I believe they said the button where water comes out of was broken so we had to go to the gym. They all mentioned they were out of blankets, they only had one left for us.

Decent good value hotel near Sight & Sound
Pros:

Great location not far from Sight & Sound. Very near to Tanger Outlets, Dutch Wonderland, many fast food and family eating restaurants. Great comfortable hotel. Not liking the pool at all...way way too cold. Adequate gym 👍 Decent breakfast with the usual breakfast items. Lots of parking. Checks off all the important boxes. Comfortable bed, strong air conditioner and fairly clean throughout.
