Title? For a review? This ain't no book.
Pros:

Breakfast was phenomenal. Included indoor pool and gym were great.

Cons:

All items that should be frequently cleaned just had a whiteish residue (all around the pool, brita water dispenser drain, shower head, etc) that looked as though it was just subject to harsh chemicals and called it a day. Pool could use some polishing as I felt a little uneasy going into it do to spotty looks. We had a pull out bed as well but no sheets or pillowcase for it.

Anniversary memories!
Pros:

I was celebrating my anniversary with my husband and checked with the front desk earlier to ask if there was a way to get a balloon in my room for my husband.
FAITH at the desk made it happen! She even got 3 balloons, chocolates and they even got us a $25 gift card!
I cried!
That was the most thoughtful thing that has ever happened for us. I can’t thank you all enough for your generosity and making my anniversary so special!

We have stayed here 3 x attending Site and Sound. We like the hotel!
Pros:

Obviously the price was great….the convenience of the location to the shops and theaters…breakfast was good…Jaden and Roberta were outstanding…. First level was great for us as we are older….

Cons:

Sofa needs a little tlc, and the lack of nite tables on open sides of the bed were inconvenient having to put items on the floor…glasses, water etc. being on the first level, the truck traffic was LOUD on the street side of the building…definitely would request the deeper side of the building next time.

Pros:

The staff were great, very friendly. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The breakfast was really good and breakfast staff were very attentive with refilling as needed

Wonderful
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond when we unexpectedly had to find another hotel as our first hotel down the road couldn’t accommodate our family of 5.

Not what we paid for
Pros:

The location is excellent. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Indoor pool nice and comfortable. Our issue is that we thought we booked a suite, which to us means separate bedroom and living area. But the room was just one large area, no separate bedroom, no door to close. The hotel is called inn and suites, but that was misleading. Next time we travel, we will confirm that a suite is a suite.

Pros:

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods. Coffee and tea were available all day. Great water pressure for a relaxing shower.

Cons:

We have decided that the top floor is best for us from now on.We heard children running above us in their room. Adults stomped as they walked back and forth before the sun came up. We had no daily plans but awakened by noise. Otherwise a good stay.

Hotel stay in Lancaster
Pros:

This was the best decision. Location, price, free delicious breakfast, friendly staff, 24 hour gym, and the pool stays open until 11. The bed was very comfortable, the room is very spacious

Cons:

My one and only issue is that i tried to pay cash at the front desk but was told booking.com had already charged my card when it specifically stated i could pay once i got here

The facility hosted a girls volleyball tournament in town the starting time each day was 7:30 and it was a 30 minute drive! Your breakfast didn’t start till 7:00 so we missed breakfast both days!

Do Not Stay
Pros:

Do not stay here. As others have said, this hotel is not Marriott standards. The hallway and room wallpaper is pealing, the carpets are stained, there were balls of hair on the bathroom floor on arrival, the air conditioner is a wall unit that is loud, the tub drain was clogged, furniture is stained. If you needed more reasons, I was stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes and had to be rescued by the fire department and climb a ladder to get out. Good thing I am in good shape. They told me this happened before and the elevator was replaced. I see reviews from a few months ago where other guests noted a broken elevator so it’s a thing apparently. Management did refund a night of my three nights stay but I had ask for the other nights to be refund after all that. It seems like this hotel is about to go under.
