Hotel je perfektne situovaný pre potulky centrom mesta.. Postele bili pohodlné, raňajky bohaté, chutné.

Cons:

Pri našom plánovanom odchode domov z hotela sme boli skonfrontovtnovaní tým, že auto nedostaneme von z parkoviska- výťah pre autá bol nefunkčný. Údajne do 2 hodín mal byť výťah opravený. ( Plne chápem, že technika môže zlihať). Recepčná si poznačila naše telefónne číslo, aby nás kontaktovala okamžite ako sa porucha odsráni, keďže sme mali naponáhlo. Slečna nás ani náhodou neskontaktovala. Pri našom návrate po necelých dvoch hodinách do hotela iným recepčným bolo nám oznámené, že porucha už bola odstránená. Sľúbený telefonát od recepčnej by nam ušetril zbytočne premárnrný čas.

Pros:

Very clean and well laid out. Breakfast was great, lovely selection and presented beautifully. We had a nice evening meal too.

Cons:

Some of the rooms lacked natural light so better indoor lighting would be good.

Excellent mid-range hotel in wonderful location. Would return!
Pros:

Wonderful location in Kazimierz (former Jewish quarter) with endless restaurants and small shops, short walk to Old Town or river. Breakfast is varied and good. We had one of the Deluxe rooms so it was a bit larger which was great. Comfortable beds. Has what you need. Certainly not luxurious but very comfortable.

Cons:

A more sensible table by the small couch. Our small glass topped table broke but given the design it was just a matter of time before it happened.
