Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was excellent, beautifully equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were great, and everything was well organized.

I truly appreciate the team’s hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Anyway I did pleasant stay.

كانت تجربة جميلة جدا
الاستقبال رائع وخاصة الاستاذة مارينا بشوشة ومتعاونة جدا
وابراهيم جميل ومتعاون وبشوش
وطاقم نظافة الغرف ممتازين
الغرفة ماشاء الله واسعة ونظيفة وهادية ومريحه
الافطار جميل وكافى ولكن ينقصة التنوع
يمتاز بالقرب من الخدمات
تحفظى على الموقع وان كان عند الوصول اول مرة ال GPS دخلنا من طرق صعبة اعطت انطباع مخيف عن الموقع ولكن بعد ذلك كان الوضع افضل من خلال طريق الكورنيش الى اخرة عند المنتزة ثم الدخول الى الشمال مع سور المنتزه ومن عند مطعم كرم الشام دخول يمين لتجد الفندق بعد بنك مصر مباشرة
