T’es belle expérience
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait ! L’hôtel est magnifique, extrêmement propre et très bien entretenu. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, accueillant, disponible et à l’écoute de la moindre demande.

Nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus du début à la fin. Le service est irréprochable et l’ambiance est vraiment agréable. C’est de loin l’un des meilleurs hôtels où nous avons séjourné.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Agréable et reposant.
Pros:

Franchement il était super. Les employés ont direct trouvé la solution au fait que nous soyons trois et nous ont changé de chambre pour une chambre ayant un canapé changeable afin que chacune de nous ait son lit. J’ai apprécié cette anticipation

Cons:

Le personnel en général était incroyable à l’écoute. Mis à part le cuisinier qui a eu un commentaire déplacé. Sans savoir que je comprends quelques mots en arable, celui ci a utilisé le mot Samarah (qui désigne les noirs de manière péjorative) lorsqu’il l’a vu avec mes deux sœurs alors que je lui demandais de nous faire une omelette. Ce racisme systémique et automatique doit s’arrêter lorsqu’ils pensent qu’on ne comprend pas la langue.
