This is by far the worst hotel in Alexandria. The staff was incredibly rude, completely uncooperative, and actively looked for excuses to deny our check-in even after reviewing our documents. They forced us to cancel via Booking.com, lied about issuing a refund, and fought the refund behind our backs. Avoid this place at all costs!"
