Chambre très spacieuse, optez pour une chambre à l’etage et non au même niveau que la réception.
Jaccuzzi sympa.
Personnel très disponible.
Les photos reflètent l’hôtel qui est très très grand.
L’hôtel est à environ 15 mn de Uber du Al Montazah Gardens.
Le wifi eastern hôtel complètement non fonctionnel. Il faut choisir eastern mais c’est la réception qui vous met le code sans vous le montrer on dirait un secret.
Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas.
La chambre avait un balcon qui était à peine éclairé le soir.
Par contre tous les bruits du couloir sont audibles dans la chambre (chambre 1101, au 11è étage).
Le quartier n’est pas top mais très accessible.
L’hôtel est tout de même à quasiment 1h de l’aéroport Borg El Arab.
Tous les agents de la réception ne parlent pas anglais certains c’est uniquement l’arabe donc prévoyez une application pour traduire au cas où.
La chambre était spacieuse.
Personnel disponible et à l’écoute.
Je vous conseille le jaccuzzi.
Le bruit de la chambre voisine. En effet il y avait une porte communicate entre les 2 chambres. On avait l’impression d’une suite séparée en 2 parties.
J’étais au 1er étage du 6 au 8 juillet 2026.
Certes la porte était verouillée mais la voisine et ses enfants faisaient du bruit dès 7h du matin.
From the very first moment, I was surprised by the location; it was really difficult, in a popular area with trash everywhere. There was no parking, and the available parking was extremely tight and required a fee. All of this was enough to ruin the day. However, once I got inside, I found the hotel to be beautiful and very clean. The pool was spotless, and it felt like we had it all to ourselves. My kids were very happy, and it was a wonderful two-day stay

Literally nothing but the stuff
It’s below average I stayed here for 2 times the first time was a meh the second time was very very bad
First time the bathroom wasn’t clean the desk chair was broken the wardrobe door wasn’t opening all the way the beds are very uncomfortable
The second time when I arrived I arrived a bit late on my check in time my room included some drinks water and fruits and of course the toilet essentials non was there
No water no fruits no face towels and also the desk chair was broken and the same with the wardrobe and I called the reception to change my room they sent me to another room which also didn’t include anything even though I booked online and it says all of these stuff is included and should be there not even slippers were there
