The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
Pros:

excellent staff, very friendly. Nice pool area with good colour scheme. Lobby area very nice. Good breakfast.

Cons:

the lighting in the room was a little too dark, another lamp was needed.

Great, exactly what we were hoping for when we chose the Hilton
Pros:

We moved here from another hotel in KK which in our opinion was very disappointing in amost all aspects. The Hilton was in the same price bracket and excelled in all. The room was great, spacious and clean. The breakfast had a wide choice of quality options and the pool area was fantastic. location was also good with Gaya Street and the night market within walking distance.

Cons:

Very little to nit pick.

Generally good for sleeping but the drinks and TV meant that staying in the room was rather boring.
Pros:

The hotel provided a clean and good sized room. The shower was excellent, good pressure and temperature control.

Cons:

There was a limited number of channels on the TV. The hotel was less than generous with coffee and tea only providing two sachets of coffee, two of decaf.

Pros:

Confortável, espaçoso, com tudo o necessário para uma ótima estadia, excelente pequeno almoço e restaurante e piscina no rooftop espetaculares. Precisa contudo de uma renovação sobretudo nos quartos.

The essentials are well delivered.
Pros:

The room had a great shower and a really good mattress. The towels were fluffy and full. These three amenities together make for a good room

Cons:

The check in time was IMO unnecessarily harshly enforced? There was a little box full of checkin cards ready to be released but there was no way they would let us in until the clock chimed three…
