Semua suka..TQ,sbb hias katil utk honeymoon saya dgn cantik,pakej kek skali...saya amat berpuashati sekali...semua diluar jangkaan,,layanan hotel semua perfect sekali...anak2 saya pun suka dan tenang menginap di hotel ini,anak saya sangat suka mandi kolam di sini,suasa yang tenang skali...saya akan datang menginap di sini lagi...TQ utk semuanyer♥️

Goede ruime kamers, fijne bedden. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Zoals je een Hilton verwacht. Waren er maar kort maar verblijf was prima

It is situated in a less busier place in Kota Kinabalu. The hotel is clean and the rooms are just the right size and the facilities are great too. The restaurants are nice too although some of the dishes (such as the lobster bisque) could be less salty. Staff are friendly and helpful, housekeeping is tip top and always attend to our needs immediately. Overall, it is truly a nice hotel and this is the third time we’re staying there. The hotel has never been short of expectations.

The Hilton had extra large rooms with a lounge, desk, plenty of water, hanging space etc.
Breakfast selection was enormous .
Also 12pm check out convient

We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of seven, with kids and adults. Every single staff member here made us feel truly at home.
I would especially like to express my gratitude to a few individuals:
First, Diana at the front desk. We ran into a slight issue during check-in and needed to cancel one of our rooms. Ada Diana was not only extremely friendly and cooperative, but she also proactively followed up with our agent to help us resolve the issue swiftly.
Next, Ronald from the concierge team. When we were considering joining a local tour, he gave us very practical advice and paid attention to every detail to ensure our trip ran smoothly. Beyond that, when we arranged our own independent activity on the second day, he thoughtfully followed up on our return plans and shared his contact information. Thanks to him, we were able to order room service via WhatsApp on our way back late at night—a truly five-star service and a prime example of staff going above and beyond for guests.
In the restaurant, Shan was exceptional. I must praise his amazing memory—he practically remembered all our breakfast preferences every day and delivered them straight to our table. This personalized and warm touch made our entire group feel genuinely cared for. We are also immensely grateful to Shan for waiting for us to return late at night to ensure our room service meal was set up properly before leaving, allowing us to enjoy a lavish dinner even at a late hour.
Finally, special thanks to Joana at the Executive Lounge. She was highly professional and always greeted us with a bright smile, offering professional recommendations whenever we inquired about local attractions. Having such outstanding employees will undoubtedly draw guests back and lead to strong word-of-mouth recommendations.
As for the accommodation, the environment is super five-star quality. We stayed in a massive suite on the 4th floor, which featured three separate bedrooms and three independent bathrooms. For a multi-person family or group of friends, it was simply unbeatable—it provided privacy while offering ample facilities for everyone. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean every day with supplies replenished promptly, making the housekeeping faultless. (Comment from our kids: And there were welcome chocolates 🍫 and fresh fruits 🍉 too!)
Our room included complimentary access to the Executive Lounge, which offered all-day snacks, breakfast, and noodle dishes along with light bites in the afternoon and evening—a perfect spot to rest after sight-seeing. As for the main breakfast venue, the food variety was extensive and delicious, featuring Western favorites alongside local noodles and delicacies. Even after staying for four days, we couldn't manage to try everything. Overall, the food delivered on both quality and quantity.
It was an absolute pleasure staying at this hotel. I am confident that when I visit Sabah again in the future, Hilton will definitely be my top choice. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for our group!
