Great value stay with aircon
Pros:

Room good size and layout was good, with comfy bed.

Staff all excellent, especially gentleman on reception.

Breakfast good selection and good service.

Cons:

Minor, but could not get parked at hotel, but plenty parking close by.

Fridge did not work, but was told due an upgrade.

Vriendelijke medewerkers zowel bij de receptie als bij het ontbijt. Goede bedden met de mogelijkheid om een geschikte hoofdkussen te kiezen indien wenselijk (de hoofdkussens die er al waren voldeden ons prima). Het hotel is op korte loopafstand van het centrum. Het ontbijt was zeer goed en uitgebreid.Parkeerplaats bij het hotel (tegen kleine vergoeding) was ook fijn.

Einfaches Hotel in der Nähe des Zentrum. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber etwas hellhörig. Das Frühstück war reichaltig.

Cons:

Zimmer war etwas hellhörig und der Frühstücksraum war voll besetzt, was zu Engpässen beim Kaffeeautomaten geführt hat.

Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Speyer-Besuch
Pros:

Wer Speyer besucht, kann dies von dieser Unterkunft aus problemlos planen. Ein gutes Frühstück und Servicemitarbeiter, die wirklich Service boten: Als meine Frau auf Krücken hereinkam, boten sie sofort eine gute Parkplatzreservierung an, falls wir noch einmal losfahren sollten. Auch das Zimmer war - wie beschrieben - mit Aufzug zu erreichen. Die laeg in Nähe der Altstadt war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Ging so, war nicht alles gut.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück und außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal. Gute fußläufige Lage zur Innenstadt und Fußgängerzone. Parken direkt am Haus. Separater sicherer Stellplatz für Fahrräder im Hinterhof. Innenhof zum Frühstücken.

Cons:

Die in Booking.com angegebene 24h Rezeption gibt es nicht wirklich. Bei einem gästeschwachen Tag (Montag) war die Rezeption um 18:00 und den Rest des Abends unbesetzt als wir von einer Radtour zurückkamen. Wir mussten erst eine Nummer anrufen und 15 Minuten draußen warten bis jemand kam, der uns die Tür zum Hinterhof zum Abstellen der Fahrräder aufschloss. Auch die Bar war entsprechend geschlossen. Auch der Innenhof ist ab 18:00 grundsätzlich gesperrt, so dass man abends nicht mehr draußen sitzen kann. Ungewöhnlich ist auch, dass man die Fahrrad-Akkus zum Laden nicht mit aufs Zimmer nehmen darf und die im Hinterhof in einem abschließbaren Fach geladen werden müssen. Als Grund wird Brandgefahr angegeben, doch die ist bei Smartphones und Powerbanks auf dem Zimmer ebenso gegeben, so dass das Ganze unlogisch inkonsequent ist.

Sinnvoll gute Unterbringung

Personal wirklich top. Endlich mal wieder in einem Hotel als Gast willkommen gefühlt. Danke.
