Pros:

子どもがぬいぐるみの忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、差迅速に対応していただき助かりました。
雨が降っていたので、タクシーをつかいましたが、駅からの距離がとても近く便利だと思いました。

Cons:

特にありません。
夕食も美味しかったのですが、我が家の孫が賑やかで、他のお客様にご迷惑をお掛けしないかとヒヤヒヤでした。
静かな休養を求めている方々の中で大変失礼しました。

Cons:

There was 1 young tall thin guy at the reception which he smiled but his service was horrible . I always tried to avoid his service but he was there while sending the suitcases and charged me a lot more then all others time when sending. Felt he chited. And how come I had to pay cash and not credit card????

Great stay!
Pros:

Staff very friendly. it was our anniversary and they prepared little surprises for us. location was within walking distance to the ginza and food was readily available. Dinner at the hotel was good.
