A wonderful and relaxing stay in Karuizawa, with excellent service, comfortable rooms and a lovely r
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was very good, although we would have appreciated a wider choice of coffee options.
The rooftop open-air onsen was especially enjoyable. The hotel is also very well located, within walking distance of Karuizawa Station as well as many restaurants and cafés.
The only thing we missed was the option to order a lighter à la carte dinner, as the only choice was a set menu and we do not usually eat such large meals in the evening.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return if we visit Karuizawa again.

Cons:

As mentioned above, we would have appreciated a wider choice of coffee at breakfast, as only black filter coffee was available. We also missed the option to order a lighter à la carte dinner, as the only dinner option available was a set menu.

安定のホテル
Pros:

部屋の広さ、雰囲気、スタッフの対応、全て満足できるホテルです。
何度もリピートさせていただいてます。
夜のコース料理も美味しくて好きなので、何度もいただいています。一点、一品ですが5月に伺った時に出たメニューと同じものが出たので、ちょっと残念。ですが、毎回何が出るのか楽しみにしてます。
お肉料理は、毎回とても柔らかく、最高です。
今回、2日目に出たデザート、チョコムースアイス？が本当に美味しくて、毎回出てほしい！と思っちゃいました笑
また行きたい、もはや我が家の常宿です。

豪華で素敵
Pros:

立地がいいですね。ホテルの外観も内装も豪華で素敵でした。駐車場もホテルの1階にあって、お部屋も広くて内風呂もガラス張りでシャワールームもあって、海外みたいな作りでした。大浴場にはタオルが完備されてるので部屋から持っていかなくていいので便利でした。

Cons:

洗面所に椅子がなくて、化粧する時に座ってしたかったので少し残念です。
大浴場の洗面所にメイク落としと洗顔フォームを置いてて欲しかったです。大浴場に鏡がないので、メイクが取れてるかわからなくて、気になりました。部屋にもメイク落としと洗顔フォームを置いてて欲しかったです。

A fuir. Inadmissible d'être traité de la sorte pour un hôtel qui se réclame "Haut de gamme".
Pros:

Hotel dans son jus et assez vieillot. Personnel absolument pas à la hauteur de la qualité espérée.
La chambre était cependant grande.
Petit dej très décevant malgré les remarques que j'avais vu sur le site. Pour le restaurant, nous n'avons pas pu le tester, ayant été refusé de celui malgré le fait d'être client de l'hôtel et que le restaurant était vide !

Cons:

J'ai été particulièrement déçu et agacé par l'hôtel et la manière dont ils gèrent leurs clients. de très loin l'hôtel le plus cher de notre trip à travers le japon pour un service absolument inadmissible.
Alors que le restaurant est censé fermer à 22H, nous avons été refusé avec mes 2 enfants à 21H20... le restaurant était vide et le personnel nous a répondu qu'il fallait réserver !! Ce qui n'est ni écrit sur le papier de l'hôtel ni expliqué lors du check in. La réalité est que le chef avait fermé les cuisines à 21h et non 22H ...
J'ai alors demandé quelque chose à manger... peu importe. Refus catégorique !!
De très loin le plus mauvais service que j'ai rencontré dans un hôtel malgré tous mes voyages.
Nous avons décidé de quitter l'hotel dès le lendemain devant si peu de considération alors que nous avions prévu d'y rester 3 jours. il serait bon de rappeler à cet hôtel que le Client est censé recevoir un minimum d'attention surtout au vu du tarif de la chambre.
