Pros:

Cons:

There was 1 young tall thin guy at the reception which he smiled but his service was horrible . I always tried to avoid his service but he was there while sending the suitcases and charged me a lot more then all others time when sending. Felt he chited. And how come I had to pay cash and not credit card????

Great stay!
Pros:

Staff very friendly. it was our anniversary and they prepared little surprises for us. location was within walking distance to the ginza and food was readily available. Dinner at the hotel was good.

很不错的高档酒店
Pros:

酒店格调高雅，寒冷的冬季，温暖舒适，房间非常大，感觉不是在日本。晚餐非常好吃，屋顶有露天大浴场。没有摆渡车，但门口有多个巴士停靠，坐车方便。酒店没有洗衣服。

Amazing Hotel with exceptional staff. Highly recommend!
Pros:

OMG! The staff were incredible! In particular one receptionist (so wish I knew her name!) was extremely helpful with a difficult situation we were in. She went above and beyond and we are so appreciative of her calm and caring demeanour! Another staff member gave us an amazing recommendation for an authentic local dinner. We loved this hotel!

Free parking. Housekeeping could do better

Had free parking. Decent room. Good, helpful reception staff.

The housekeeping didn’t change sheets or make our bed even once in the four nights we stayed.

讓人放鬆的環境
Pros:

西式晚餐真的很好吃，從麵包、前菜、到甜點。早餐是buffet但選擇也滿多的，食材都很新鮮。
相較市區，房間真的很大，走西式古典風格，舒服的氛圍。3樓有個大浴池，晚上開到0點，早上到10點，裡頭只有室內1池、室外一池。可以徒步走到舊輕井澤商店街，路上也有很多商店與餐廳。車站交通建議搭計程車，公車不是低底盤的提行李會很累。
