Decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative…
Pros:

L’unica cosa positiva della struttura è la posizione, a pochi passi dal centro e dalla metro…

Cons:

Sporco, cattivo odore ovunque, un bagno impraticabile (c’è un buco nel mezzo della doccia), camera larga oltre il letto giusto qualche cm per passare…e nemmeno comodamente!
In ultimo, non trascurabile per chi ha allergie, nella struttura vive un gatto libero di girovagare…nulla contro il gatto, che è molto bello e pure di compagnia, ma almeno avvisare…

Das Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war nicht wie auf den Bildern, insbesondere das Badezimmer war eine Zumutung. Keine Klimaanlage, der Ventilator war zudem kaputt.

Buona qualità prezzo
Pros:

Lo staff cordiale. La stanza era molto bella . Colazione ottima prezzo anche . Posizione buona 20 minuti per aggiungere il centro.

Cons:

L'unica pecca stanza molto piccola. Pulizia non eccellente ma accettabile.

Comfort room for a short stay close to the city center
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the room was good for a short stay and the breakfast was also delicious. I missed my bus the way back, but I could stay in the lobby for 2 more hours in the afternoon.
I would definitely book this accomodation again.

Cons:

Price range was higher generally in Bruxelles than I expected, but this hotel still had a good price / value ratio.

Très bon hôtel qualité/prix, avec un bon emplacement et parking.
Pros:

Le personnel très aimable, à l'écoute et à notre service dès qu'il y avait un besoin.
Hôtel propre, et dans un très bon emplacement à la périphérie de Bruxelles dans un quartier turc (restaurants, boulangerie, mosquée, magasins). C'est très facile de visiter Bruxelles depuis cet hôtel mais également le sud de Bruxelles où se trouvent les différents parcs dont celui du centenaire et le parlement européen.
Enfin, un parking est disponible pour 15€/jour, peut être le moins cher que j'ai vu jusqu'ici.

Cons:

Rien de très important, les portes ont du mal à se fermer, il faut forcer un peu ou avoir la technique mais le personnel nous a bien aidé rapidement pour régler le problème d'une porte qui est restée bloquée.

Attention à l'entrée du parking, c'est très serré.

Gutes 3 Sterne Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Personal war sehr nett. Fussläufig bis zur U-Bahn. Frühstück ist für ein 3 Sterne Hotel in Brüssel sehr gut - recht grosse Auswahl: Cerealien, Granola, Milch, Hafermilch, Sojamilch, gekochte Eier, Wurst, Schnittkäse, Mozarella, Feta, Gemüse, geschnittene Melone, sonstiges Obst, drei Sorten Brot und eine größere Auswahl an Gebäck die frisch extern eingekauft wurde. Dazu 2 Säfte, Wasser, viele Teesorten und Kaffee, wobei letzterer doch recht bitter aus dem Vollautomat kam.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig, aber dennoch OK.

La ubicación y amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

El ascensor no funcionaba bien y habia un gato rondando por el hall y el.desayunador, por lo cual habian pelos.
