Nothing it was filthy from car park to bedroom carpets all stained and smelly the stench of drugs all thru corridors and rooms definitely not a place to stay with kids lifts not working and rooms were on second floor

Nothing it was filthy from the car park to the rooms looked closed down on arrival carpets filthy all stained smell of drugs all thru corridors and in rooms lift broke and was on second floor it was that bad I left straight away and had to find other accommodation can’t believe people actually stay there and I had three kids with me I couldn’t let them stay there

The bathroom door didn't open properly, it got stopped by the bed.
The only good thing about the stay was the hotel’s location — everything else was disappointing.
My partner and I stayed here last night and unfortunately the experience was awful. Room 111 had bed bugs, and we spent the whole night getting bitten. We barely slept, and woke up covered in bites — genuinely unacceptable for any hotel.
The room itself was in poor condition. The walls were dusty, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were empty coffee sachets on the bathroom floor, which makes it pretty clear it hadn’t been hoovered. The shower didn’t even get hot; it stayed lukewarm no matter how long it ran.
Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere near basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until these issues are properly addressed.

The lady who checked me in was nice. There's parking available and easy to get to from motorway. I was there for 7 hours so I was not really fussed.
I wasn't expecting luxury but this hotel has a very specific purpose in its existence which is perhaps not people who book a hotel stay. It's the kind of place that has a microwave and a full undercounter fridge but no hairdryer or tea and coffee. Things that could be cleaned were clean but there was a lot of areas which will just never be clean again.
Also the wardrobe fell in me whilst I was hunting for an extra pillow which did not exist.
