The cooked English breakfast was good but the fruit was very hit and miss and not very much of a selection.
The cleaning lady was very pleasant and serviced our room when we asked her.
When we arrived at the hotel it smelled of old chip pan fat which wasn't very inviting. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening as the prices were in my opinion, expensive - £19 for a beef curry!
The room was spacious but the beds should have been scrapped years ago. The mattresses were old. The mattress covers were old and "bobbly" and the sheets were old and not matching. The pillow were also poor quality and all different sizes.
The antique wooden wardrobe drawer was broken.
The décor throughout the whole hotel was probably done in the 80's with woodchip wallpaper painted in magnolia paint.

Location is very good. Staff were very helpful.
Room 16 was very quiet on first night with no-one in room 18 above. On second night room 18 was occupied by people arriving off the ferry very late. We were woken by them walking back and for and they kept us awake until after 2pm. I rang reception and night porter contacted them to tell them they were disturbing guests. This quietened but still went on until 3am and then we could hear them showering from 7am.
The room was outdated and bed linen had soil stains when asked member of staff could they change bedlinen we were assured it would be but when we returned later that evening it wasn't changed
Nice location.

No plug sockets at sides of bed. Shower very poor pressure. Very squeaky floor boards. Room very dated and tired.
Super freundliches und total hilfsbereites Personal. Super Lage um die Fähre von Pembroke nach Rosslare zu nehmen. Ruhiges Anwesen mit einem riesen Außengelände.
