It was an experience I will never forget. By far the best hospitality experience I've had in Europe.

Everything from the breakfast, hotel staff, room and facilities were perfect.

Pros:

- personal sehr professionell und immer freundlich
- die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und habe. Uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
- der Service ist wirklich einzigartig, es wird für jeden Gast etwas möglich gemacht.
- zum entspannen wirklich der perfekte Ort , es war sehr ruhig und man konnte sich entspannen. Für jeden Gast , waren genug liegen am Pool.

Cons:

- die Portionen im Restaurant (Abendessen) waren sehr klein, daher waren wir des Öfteren draußen essen.

Man fühlt sich einfach rundum wohl, und dass auf eine angenehme entschleunigte Art und Weise.
Pros:

Das Ambiente ist gediegen und luxuriös, die Zimmerausstattung technisch auf dem letzten Stand, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen ausgezeichnet.

Beautiful accommodation but food and service lacking.
Pros:

Very beautiful and spacious the Jasmine smelled so lovely. All the restaurant and staff around were pleasant and gave positive energy.

Cons:

The food options were limited and was nothing extraordinary. We’ve had better food at some 4 star hotels. The bidet in our room was broken and we communicated that to the staff but received no follow up, not even to say that they are unable to fix it. Not 5 star service at all.
