8.5
Generally reported as clean and tidy by several guests, but some significant issues noted (mold in pool corners, green/dirty pool and crusty bathroom buildup in one review).
Service
9.3
Mostly described as friendly and helpful staff in multiple reviews, but one strong negative report of rude male staff, poor handling of luggage/requests and check-in omissions.
Location
9.6
Consistently praised: very close to the beach, near commerce/animation and small centre, easy street parking — clear strength for the hotel.
Room Quality
8.5
Comfortable beds and generally acceptable rooms, but some guests reported functional issues (doors not registering with keycard, missing ceiling panel replaced with boards, non-working safes, initial thermostat problem).
Amenities
8.3
Pool, air conditioning and calm atmosphere are positives, but pool maintenance problems and additional charges for beach sunbeds were reported.
Value for Money
9
Perceived as good value by many (location, free street parking), though at least one guest complained about unexplained extra fees and organizational issues which impacted perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast receives mixed feedback: several guests enjoyed it, while others reported limited variety and one guest reported unacceptable food issues (discolored eggs).
Overall Experience
9.6
Majority of reviews are positive highlighting location, cleanliness and cordial staff; however isolated serious service and cleanliness lapses were described. Overall stays appear pleasant for most guests.

Molto rilassante
Pros:

Hotel molto pulito e personale cordiale.
