la televisión, los muebles son demasiado grandes, lo que resulta poco funcional pues las habitaciones son pequeñas.
La cocineta no tiene un lugar donde lavar una taza ni nada.
El mantenimiento no es óptimo, por ejemplo las paredes no bien resanadas y con ciertas humedades.
Puede ser boutique por la ubicación y por el edificio pero el acondicionamiento de las habitaciones no corresponde para nada a un hotel boutique y menos el precio.
Excellent location, right on the Parque de Mexico, and near a devastatingly good churreria and lots of breakfast options nearby. The staff was extremely pleasant. The room was simple but clean.
This is not a luxury experience, to be clear. The sheets in particular were kinda rough.

Maybe the decor should reflect the period of the building…some elements do, but the bedroom furniture did not. That is being very specific…but your facility is wonderful!

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place has someone at the door to let you in. It felt safe. We had a suite with ample space and a pretty view. The location is excellent. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lively neighborhood. Music and little shops everywhere.
The neighborhood can be a little noisy, but you get used to it. We used a big fan they provided as white noise and were able to sleep just fine.

Wasn't that comfortable, hot and stuffy and it was very dark, the TV worked but had issues with sound.

Virtually nothing - the shower flow was weak, for some the TV might seem small but we weren’t visiting Mexico and staying in a boutique hotel to watch TV, and for some the live music from the street cafes and bars might be a little intrusive but that’s part of the charm of being in the heart of Condesa
The hotel is very beautiful (authentically Mexican) which I love as it is more traditional instead of these ugly modern buildings that have destroyed Condesa. The bar is cool as well with great cocktails. As someone who lived 4 years in Mexico, it is also the absolute best location in the city.
The staff were very attentive and very kind, great service. I will be back this weekend.
The hotel itself is a charming building with a lot of character. The location is great. The staff were friendly.
The water pressure (shower) was very low. My wife couldn't wash her hair. Hot water wasn't always available. My wife and I both were forced to take a couple cold showers. No heat in the room. A space heater was available on request but didn't produce much heat. The room was very noisy, both street noise coming into the room and noise from the restaurant/bar right above us.

I was traveling in the wet season. The room was moist and clammy. No fan was in the room. The windows were into the vestibule - so, air out the room was only possible while giving up privacy The closet door was blocking the entry to the kitchen
