The staff was very nice and helpful! Room was clean and the amenities like the coffee maker and fridge were also nice!
Room was quiet and it was nice that there was a bank of sinks and bathrooms at the end of the large hall on the 3rd floor.
Wish the room had windows that could stay open on their own. We had to improvise something to get airflow.
It would've been nice to know about the restaurant and bar upstairs. The staff didn't tell us about it and we didn't know until the last day. There should be a menu of the restaurant in the room so people can know.
Wi-Fi on the 3rd floor wasn't the strongest and kept dropping.

The property was at a prime location. Right in the center of Condesa/Hipodromo. Across the street from Parque Mexico.
Since its a popular spot, there is alot of outside noise.
Also, there was construction going on at the property so one couldn’t sleep in.
Fun aesthetics, such a cute and quaint vibe. Very clean. Interesting restaurant. Very friendly staff. Really nice location. Faces a nice park. Too doors are outside and face a courtyard opening. Staff made the hotel feel very safe. 24hr front desk service.
Restaurant did not have vegetarian options on menu.

Le fait que le restaurant était fermé pendant la semaine de Paques(pas de petit déjeuner,pas de repas alors que nous l’avions choisi en partie pour sa terrasse si agréable ,ainsi que les repas):à l’arrivée,l’employé s’est trompé et nous a dit que je peut déjeuner était servi….

No windows to rooms, and small room. Also didn’t like leaving key at reception - made it hard to get in and out of rooms quickly. Staff not great at giving info, rude staff in restaurant. Cleaning right outside room early in morning waking you up.
