À good hôtel on the edge of the city center
Pros:

We stay on the 6th floor away from current works on 1st floor, we could bearly hear the noise. We had the bigger room, it was spacious and clean, did not see 1 bug in 10 days. Staff is really nice and helpful. It's so the edge of the city but very good grab service around

love the ambience... staff attentive and very fast check in procedures.
the hotel is still under renivation, so lift is not available for the time being. but the staffs were helpful to carry our luggage up.

The AC in my room was hot. Asked the hotel to fix multiple time, but problem persist. Asked to change room, they said no other room available.

1. Sangat kecewa krn saya traveling membawa toodler usia 5th, sudah booking no smoking room tp saat check in dpt smoking room di lantai 1 yg ruangannya bau rokok, kursinya bolong2 bekas rokok.
2. Saya request pindah kamar tp full infonya, saya bilang next day kalau ada kamar non smoking kosong, tolong saya segera dipindahkan. Staff meng-iya-kan.
3. Krn bau rokok di kamar sangat mengganggu, jd saya minta di treatment kembali kamarnya agar bau rokoknya hilang. Lalu staff menawarkan pindah kamar. Saya bertanya “ini pindah ke non smoking room kan ?” Dan staff menjawab “iya”. Saya curiga krn pindah masih di lantai 1. Saat saya masuk kamar, saya cek kursi dan ada bolong2 bekas rokok jg.
4. Keesokan harinya, mertua saya check in di hotel yg sama (check in di jam 9 malam) dan dpt kamar di lantai 5, non smoking, selayaknya hotel seperti di gambar iklan room nya nyaman dan bagus. Itu berarti sudah ada kamar kosong dong ? Namun tidak ada 1 pun staff yg info saya untuk pindah kamar sampai hari saya check out.
5. Kamar replacement sangat tidak selayaknya hotel, pintu kamar mandi sudah ada rayap dan jamur, sudut2 kamar dilapisi plat besi/aluminium silver yg tanjam dan bisa melukai anak2/orang dewasa
