Pros:

Not much. The only positive was the location

Cons:

Our room wasn't made up for our family. The fold out sofa was stained and rubbish was underneath it. The floor leading to the bathroom was wet. The room was very noisy due to the road traffic.

Pros:

The area is very suburban, practical, with shops. The hotel is above a sports bar but would never have known any of that once I was in my room which was really quiet and comfy. I was there for a work event nearby, and it did the job very nicely. Staff were excellent in accommodating my luggage storage needs.
