Pros:

中心部にあってホアンキエム湖周辺のお店は徒歩で行けます。部屋は広く、清潔感もあって快適でした。朝食のバイキングもとても美味しくて、スタッフの人も優しかったです。

Cons:

近くの工事の騒音が少し気になりました。

I loved it!
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay here, especially as a solo traveler. Anne and Brian at reception were incredibly kind and helpful and truly made me feel at home. They were always there whenever I needed anything and helped me with everything.

The hotel is clean, charming, and in a great location in the Old Quarter, close to everything and within walking distance of the Night Market. I loved having a room with big windows and being right in the middle of the Old Quarter.

I would 100% recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️

Good hotel we recommend
Pros:

Big room with big bathroom. Excellent position with view on the lake. Hotel clean and good breakfast. Safe in the room also appreciated.

Cons:

7th floor doesn't have the elevator, the room doesn't have the key but just a code to open the door which isn't very safe but globally all this doesn't bother us (we kept our belongings in the safe).

Pros:

El personal en general, muy amables y atentos. Nos dijeron que ver, que había en cada zona, donde tomar un buen café con huevo,... El desayuno también está bien.

Cons:

Un lado del edificio da a una pared, por lo tanto no tienes luz natural. El hotel está dividido en dos edificios y tienes que cambiarte de uno a otro para desayunar.
