Petit hôtel très correct et très bien situé dans le vieux quartier et a proximité du lac Hoan Kiem ce qui permet de tout faire à pied.
Petit déjeuner très correct également mais a noter qu'il faut aller a l'hôtel voisin pour le prendre ce qui n'est pas expliqué sur booking.
Gentillesse et accueil exceptionnel du personnel aux petits soins pour les clients ...
Chambre spacieuse et très propre, bonne literie (ch 502)

Cons:

Baie vitrée de la chambre 502 qui donne sur un balcon lequel n'est pas pratiquable car il donne sur une colonne sèche d'évacuation incendie...
Une vague grille donnant sur les étages inférieurs = danger
Ce fut la seule mauvaise surprise de ces trois jours passés a Hanoï...

The traffic is terrible, lots of road blocked. The room is old, the construction noise came even in a Saturday morning from 8am. But the staffs are really nice

아늑하고 청결한 호텔, 친절한 직원분들 덕분에 즐거웠던 3박 4일의 하노이 여행
Pros:

우선 하노이 올드 쿼터의 중심에 위치한 숙소라 도보로 호안 끼엠 호수까지 약 3분 정도 거리라 아주 가까워서 수시로 호수 주변 둘러보기 좋았어요. 그리고 하노이 전통 수상 인형극으로 유명한 탕롱 극장이 멀지 않은 곳에 있어서 공연 보기도 좋을 듯합니다. 주요 관광지들도 호텔에서 그랩으로 멀지 않은 곳에 있어서 어디든 가기 좋았습니다. 호텔의 건물은 조금 연식이 있는 것 같은데 호텔 내부는 매우 잘 관리되고 있는 느낌이었고, 방은 늘 청결했어요. 특별히 수질에 신경을 쓰는 편은 아니라 따로 샤워기 필터를 챙기지 않았는데 3박 4일을 묵는 동안 피부에 트러블이 나거나 머리가 푸석푸석해지는 일도 없었습니다. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와요. 하지만 수질 부분은 개인 피부의 민감성에 따라 다를 수 있으니 혹시 샤워기 필터 챙겨오시는 분들은 잘 확인하세요! 그리고 직원분들도 정말 친절했고, 뭐든 도와주시려는 부분이 좋았습니다. Daisy라는 직원분은 제가 호텔에 머물기 전까지 부킹닷컴 메시지로 계속 신경 써주셨고, Alice라는 직원분은 호텔 체크인과 체크아웃 시간에 친절히 도와주셨어요. 호텔 직원분들 모두 영어를 잘하셔서 소통의 불편함도 없었습니다. 이름을 기억하는 분 외에도 다들 친절해서 편안하게 머물렀습니다. 여름휴가로 첫 베트남 여행이었는데 덕분에 좋은 시간 보내고 갑니다. 😊

이 점은 하노이 올드 쿼터의 중심에 위치한 어느 숙박업소도 피할 수 없는 부분 같은데 아무래도 호텔을 나서면 거의 바로 차도가 있는 데다가 주변에 가게가 많다 보니 늦게까지 바깥 소음이 들려올 때가 있었어요. 하지만 호텔의 문제는 아니라서 어쩔 수 없는 부분입니다. 크게
불편한 부분은 아닌데 소음에 민감한 분들은 고려해 보세요.
