Not worth the money unless you don’t plan on leaving your room because that was the only good part about it

Everything about the room was great and clean but besides that I did not enjoy the hotel at all.

Cons:

The facilities are neglected and under staffed. Nobody to serve you at the pool and not even a bar which was the main reason I booked my stay there. Bad smell and no air conditioning throughout the hallways and especially near the dinning area where you could clear smell the toilet around the food which put me off to even going down for breakfast. I paid so much and it was not worth it at all

Er ging wat mis met een betaling van een drankje. Dit heb ik dubbel moeten betalen en mijn geld nooit teruggekregen. Dat was jammer.

The best spot to setup a base for your Oman visit !
Pros:

We enjoyed the room size - the bed was really comfortable and spotless cleaned every day - the breakfast was rich and the free upgrade was an incredible plus for our group !

Cons:

some minor details - like number of towels per room and a better daily check on the shower amenities

Pros:

Overall was a nice hotel but comparing with other 5 star hotels, there is a difference.
The stuff is nice, but the food is definitely not up to 5 stars standard. There is room for a change.

Stayed at Grand Millennium Muscat Apartments and Suites recently. Overall, the hotel was decent and the staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with two malls nearby, making shopping and dining very accessible.

Cons:

However, the property feels quite outdated and could benefit from refurbishment. The room lights did not work properly, the iron was faulty, some bathroom amenities were missing, and I noticed mold in certain areas. While the service was great, the maintenance and overall condition of the hotel need improvement.
