ايضاً من غير المعقول ان يرفض موظف الاستقبال توصيل الأطعمه اللتي احضرها مندوب التوصيل او عدم السماح له بالصعود واجبار المقيم بالنزول الى الاستقبال لاستلام طلبه

Was great breakfast. Good selections of food. Great ambience and Boni was very attentive and helpful.
Sultan and boniey and the manager they were helpful I like how they take care about us . I will start with sultan the first one who welcomed us as we are in our country we are from UAE he let us feel that we are happy , sultan and boniey those who are really kind and friendly people that help us a lot and thier smiles always in thier face that make me really feel confident and what the manager did was grateful I appreciate how he handled the situation that my mom was sad because thier wasn’t croissant and directly he solved and come to our room and chat with my mom what make her feel happy and smile the next two days Surfaraz welcomed us in a good way I really enjoyed but the only thing that was not really good the food thier are no options everyday the same food thier are no options
