Впечатление от отеля и отдыха на все 100% Всем рекомендую данный отель, вам точно захочется сюда вернуться!
Pros:

Стилистика отеля, полностью отражающая культуру страны.
Просторные, красивые номера.
Чистота на территории отеля.
Живая музыка на завтраках.
Шикарная зона бассейнов с чистейшей водой.
Очень удобное расположение, все достопримечательности, аэропорт в 10ти минутах от отеля.
Ну и конечно же, это люди! Персонал просто на высшем уровне!
Замечательные официанты, бармены, ресепшен - в частности хочу поблагодарить Botirbek, Khojoakbar и Nuriddin, очень общительные и приятные молодые люди!

Cons:

Очень навязчивые и яркие ароматы в холле и номерах.
После того, как мы указали на это, в номере перестали использовать ароматизаторы и все стало намного лучше!

Fantastic stay in a great hotel - we will stay again on our return trip.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms, fabulous and helpful staff. We loved having a swim in the pool each afternoon.

Clean rooms and great daytime staff, but a bit inconvenient in location and lacking in some amenities.
Pros:

The daytime staff was very helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked really well. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day.

Cons:

The sauna was out of order for 3 days. Even though they ran out, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were not replenished during cleaning. Also, the location isn't ideal, so you need to rely on Yandex Go for transportation.

Cons:

Все отлично, НО обратите пожалуйста внимание при уборке под кровать. Нечаянно уронил карточку и заглянул под кровать- там уже новая экосистема образовалась. Пыль, грязь, забытые мелкие предметы и тд.
В остальном отель идеальный

Не советую, плохой сервис.
Pros:

Очень чисто, отличная уборка. Неплохое месторасположение - удобно добираться до любой точки города.

Cons:

Я не в первый раз останавливалась в этом отеле, и, к сожалению, он сильно испортился. Вопрос касается сервиса и еды. Изначально явно в отель вкладывались и следили за ним, но теперь много всего устарело, за сервисом явно не следят. Все вежливые, но никто ни в чем не поможет. Еда невкусная. Больше в этом отеле останавливаться не будем. Максимум это 3 звезды и то только за великолепную уборку и бассейн.

Little things that could make the stay better - towel hangers are very uncomfortable to get the towels out or in.
