Gutes Hotel zum Entspannen, auch für länger.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr, sehr nett.
Der Pool ist sehr schön und das Zimmer und das Bad geräumig. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist ziemlich laut, das stört nachts doch erheblich.

La stanza era molto ampia. Anche il bagno era spazioso e dotato di doccia e vasca idromassaggio. La colazione era ottima, sia dolce che salata, con frutta fresca; incredibilmente, a colazione c'era musica dal vivo. L'hotel dispone di una bella piscina, utilissima nella calura estiva. L'arredamento è molto curato, tipico della zona, con intarsi in legno. Personale gentilissimo.

Hoe vriendelijk het personeel was beviel het meest. Verder is het ontzettend luxe en is het ontbijtbuffet heerlijk en was er zelfs rustige live muziek!

Cons:

Weinig, maar voor rolstoelgebruikers misschien niet het meest toegankelijk met de vele trappetjes

Wunderschöner Ort
Pros:

Für uns war das Hotel perfekt: die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, die Lage nah am Bahnhof und Flughafen bequem und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Playlist am Pool könnte erweitert werden. Es wiederholen sich immer die gleichen ca. 10 Lieder.

Excellent hotel and staff in a great location
Pros:

Friendly staff. We arrived 4 hours before check in but the room was ready, so they gave it to us.
The pools are beautiful, deep and clean
Our room was huge, much bigger than the pictures.
My husband had two breakfasts.
There are chic cafes a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Cons:

This is a very unusual hotel that unfortunately feels in need of significant renovation. Check-in was slow, and the hotel is spread across several buildings, making it feel rather disjointed. The lift made concerning noises and didn't inspire much confidence.
The room itself was spacious, but the air conditioning struggled to cool it, and the telephone didn't work. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The buffet lacked any real organisation, several tables remained uncleared for long periods, and staff rarely acknowledged guests or offered assistance.
The pool area was similarly disappointing. Most sun loungers were covered with used towels despite very few people being present. When I asked if one was available, a member of staff reluctantly removed a towel from one before pointing at it. The area itself also appeared unclean, with food crumbs and litter left around the seating.
