Pros:

Gostei do apartamento de forma geral.

Cons:

Não gostei da dificuldade de acesso a garagem, colo estava sozinha com a minha filha é difícil em momentos de chuva e frio solicitar abertura. Chegamos de madrugada e solicitei abertura me dirigi ao portão e o funcionário da portaria se esqueceu, ficamos por 7min esperando e tive que descer novamente na recepção e levar minha filha no colo para solicitar novamente a abertura do portão.

Localização, tamanho do quarto, funcionários da recepção.

Cons:

Café da manha bem mais ou menos. Alguns pães e bolos bem duros, nao dava pra comer. Funcionários da cozinha nada simpáticos.

Pros:

Ficamos no hotel sempre que viajamos para a cidade. Já conhecemos tudo, e sempre temos a melhor experiência possível na estadia.

Cons:

O barulho do quarto encomodou bastante. Porém não sabiamos que tinha que pedir essa observação. Da próxima solicitaremos. Outro ponto que deixou a desejar foi a questão do vaso solto, ao sentar dava insegurança. E o espelho com várias manchas.

unica coisa é que nos disseram que iriamos ficar no 18 andar com vista para a arena , mas chegamos lá e estava indisponivel , ja tinham alugado nosso quarto para outra pessoa.
