Location great, free parking, reasonable breakfast, clean, good size rooms. Bar good great outside area, friendly staff.
All about sleep or lack of it. Bed in room was small which we could have lived with. The noise from in side and outside the hotel till late at night was horrendous. Very loud music followed by crowd over the road going on very loudly into the small hours.
Decor very poor in rooms. Badly needed an overhaul

A nicely decorated and clean hotel
Breakfast. The selection of food was fine but the buffet fried breakfast was cold. Cold fried eggs, Cold bacon, Cold tomatoes. Nothings worse than a cold fried breakfast. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress I was more or less told of cause it is cold it's a buffet. Most hotels have a buffet breakfast but the eggs are cooked to order.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff were brilliant. The location could not have been better for parking, exploring and getting to the beach, pier and everything Weston had to offer. When I am in the area again I will be looking here first for availability.
The hotel, at the time, seemed to be in the middle of a refresh. by the luck of the drawer the family room we had opened up next to a karaoke bar, but luckily the little one is a heavy sleeper.
The hotel is situated right in the centre of Weston and they offer free parking for residents.
I think the breakfast is a bit overpriced.

It was so hot,not the hotels fault
Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Room was clean and bar meal in the evening was good with nice views onto the seafront. Staff were friendly and helpful.,
My room was so noisy - opposite a bar and nightclub and the noise continued to post 2am even on a week night. It was also an incredibly hot room hence the need for the window to be open which let all the noise in.
Location is fabulous. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
The pillows! They are like bricks! Get the manager to sleep on one and see how their neck feels the next day!

Ideal location, just a few minutes stroll to the town centre, beach, and other attractions. Very comfortable, quiet, large en-suite room. Friendly, welcoming helpful staff. Very good customer service. Special mention to Izzy, who made our stay extra special with her invaluable help with our booking. Lovely bar, restaurant and huge beer garden. Very nice Hotel, and we look forward to our next visit soon. Recommended
