Vackert men orutinerad personal drog ner upplevelsen.

Läget var bra med Luxemburg på andra sidan floden.

Cons:

Personalen bestod av bara ungdomar som inte förstod mina behov av parkering för bil med släp. De var tjatiga och ovilliga att servera mig i restaurangen på grund av en senare reservation på bordet där jag satt. På morgonen tjänstgjorde en trevlig och rutinerad kvinna - ägaren?

De charme en het eten

Cons:

Is gelegen aan een zeer drukke lawwaaierige weg .Autoverkeer tot zeer laat inde avond en nacht wat het slapen zeer verstoorde
Airco zou welkom zijn als he het raam niet kan open zetten omwille van het lawaai.Het vriendelijke personeel en de lekkere keuken moet ook vermeld worden

Bloody hot, geen airco, maar dat het zo extreem warm was wist het hotel natuurlijk ook niet.
Pros:

Ontbijt prima, maar redelijk afgemeten. Volgens Booking.com ging het om ontbijtbuffet, maar we kregen gewoon beleg + broodjes aan tafel geserveerd. Prima, maar niet conform afspraak.

Cons:

De WiFi. We hadden geen enkele wifi op de kamer. Uiteraard aangegeven, maar ze gaven aan dat kwaliteit slecht was, wellicht morgen beter. Nog steeds geen wifi. We verzochten om toegang Wifi via andere SSID, maar dat mocht niet. Geen wifi dus op kamer 11.
Verder hadden we Comfort Double Room with Lake View geboekt. Helaas ook geen balkon o.i.d. terwijl we daar op hadden gerekend.

Was te weinig airco, 2 ventilatoren waarvan 1 niet goed werkte en de ventilator aan plafond dee het helemaal.niet.

Nice stay
Pros:

Couldn’t do enough to help. Arrived on a boiling hot day and was considering a swim in the river but didn’t have any towels with us was told immediately that it wasn’t a problem we could use the ones in the room and they would replace them. Lovely terrace to have a meal on and the food was excellent .

De mooie ruime kamer en het balkon van het restaurant met mooi uitzicht.
Een prima ontbijt. Erg vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

Het was erg warm toen wij er waren, boven de 35°. We hadden wel een ventilator maar helaas geen airco.
De WIFI was in het restaurant en op het terras prima maar op onze kamer heel slecht.
Lijkt me makkelijk op te lossen.

Of je nu op je kamer bent of benenden in de Lobby

De ligging van het hotel met een mooi terras aan de rivier de Sure

Cons:

Dat er bij een temperatuur van 35 graden geen airco op de kamer is!!
De nachtrust is dus ook heel slecht wat het verblijf onaangenaam maakt. Zelfs bij het ontbijt zat je al te zweten voordat het mes in de boter ging 🥵

Niet goed schoongemaakt in de kamer. We hebben in totaal 5 spinnenwebben moeten verwijderen.

Personeel te weinig, waardoor we best wel lang op het eten en drinken moesten wachten.
Ook nog het verkeerde gerecht gebracht.
