Chelsea Hotel - great location
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt House in Chelsea! We visited for the 4th of July weekend and the hotel offered everything we needed. Great location with a 5 min walk in either direction to the subway lines on 28th street. We arrived about 3 hours before check in, and they were kindly able to give us the room right away. We had a room with a kitchen and a dinning room table which made the room feel quite spacious for NYC hotel room standards. We were able to walk to most places in Chelsea, West Village, Hudson River, and up to Broadway to catch a show. We also visited during a heat wave (100F+ each day) and we appreciated the strong AC in the room. Bathroom was clean, hot water pressure was excellent and had plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable and we were able to sleep very well. Despite being on busy 6th ave, the room was very quiet and we were able to sleep well. We enjoyed walking down 28th street along the "Garden district" with all the greenery and plants for sale lining the sidewalks. They also allowed us late check out (until 1pm) for no extra fee, which let us explore a bit longer before leaving for the airport. Great location, solid 3 star hotel value and spacious clean room - we would happily stay here again on our next trip to NYC.

Family trip to NYC
Pros:

Excellent location for exploring New York. Hotel was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good for the price and included gluten free items. We stayed in a studio suite with our two boys aged 11 and 13 and it worked really well. The AC is quite loud at night (didn’t bother me but my husband noticed!) but that’s a minor point. Overall this place is excellent value.

Pros:

posizione ottima per raggiungere alcuni luoghi del centro di NY anche a piedi. Ottima vista dal rooftoop dal quale si vede benissimo l’Empire State building. Colazione buona e varia.

No area lounge con servizi aggiuntivi per gli ospiti.

O menos bom foi o pequeno almoço. Para o custo global do alojamento o pequneo almoço foi de pouca variedade. A localização é excelente.

Excelente opción para quienes gustan de un hotel completo en NY
Pros:

La comodidad de las habitaciones en mi caso contaba con nevera, microondas y cafetera, el fácil acceso a los medios de transporte y la cercanía a la zona del Madison Square Garden. Y el desayuno un plus para NY muy completo que además da la opción para llevar. Una linda terraza para disfrutar las vistas

La limpieza de las habitaciones se realizaba muy tarde, por costumbre salgo de mañana temprano y regreso al hotel 15 o 15:30 para tomar un pequeño descanso y las habitaciones no estaban hechas

The staff is awesome and the hotel is great
Pros:

Sasha, Kai and Rodrigo were all friendly and welcoming and kind.
I stayed there while attending the Jay-Z concert at Yankee Stadium. The hotel was clean and safe. It was walking distance to the subway and Times Square.The breakfast was fresh and hot.

La ubicación es buenísima, y los desayunos están muy bien, además el personal te atiende de forma excelente. Hay una terraza en la planta más alta que tiene unas vistas espectaculares de la 6th Av. Muy cerca del Empire States, Madison Square Garden y Times Square. No hay ruidos molestos, la limpieza es muy buena, las camas muy agradables... Un alojamiento genial para pasar unos días en Manhattan.
