The location was perfect for what we wanted to do/ see. Every member of staff was very helpful, polite , friendly, professional and went out of their way to give assistance- the reception staff/ breakfast staff were superb. The lead receptionist ( we didn’t catch her name) really set the tone and standard of the hotel and Olivia in the breakfast room with her team provide a very nice complimentary breakfast.
The Den room we stayed in was absolutely spotless- well done to the housekeeping team too.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

A thought ….. maybe have a way of asking guests if they need towels/ linen changed every day, as we didn’t require this for a 3 day stay.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel im Herzen von Manhattan
Pros:

Wir waren 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Zimmer 10005. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Das Zimmer verfügte über zwei Queensize-Betten sowie eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne war sehr sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Frühstücks-Buffett. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die sehr freundlichen und fleißigen Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang, in der Frühstückslounge (Olivia und Carlos) und beim Housekeeping. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um Manhattan zu erkunden.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Bardzo dobry hotel w odpowiedniej cenie.
Pros:

Codziennie zmieniana pościel oraz ręczniki. Taras widokowy. Proste ale wystarczające śniadania. Widok z pokoju też ekstra.

Tökéletes választás volt. Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve. Bármikor visszamennénk.

A reggeli nagyon jó volt, finom és változatos.
Egyedül egy pici zöldséget hiányoltunk, mert az nem volt.
A szobából a kilátás mesés volt.
A fürdőszoba tágas és jó sok a pakoló lehetőség.

Colazione ricca e gustosa. Gradita la gentilezza del personale, in particolare di Geovanna (cameriera della sala colazione).
