Pros:

El hotel estaba muy limpio.
Habitación muy amplia con camas muy cómodas.
El personal del hotel muy atento sobre todo la señora del comedor y las señoras que arreglaban la habitación.
La ubicación es perfecta, está al lado del metro que va a Bilbao.
Hay muchos bares, supermercados etc.
Desayuno está muy bien.

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado y sólo teníamos un ventilador pequeño.
El hotel un poco viejo.

A practical stopover hotel with a convenient location in case you travel by car.
Pros:

We needed a simple accommodation on the outskirts of Bilbao where we could park our car and spend the night. We found exactly what we were looking for.

Cons:

The breakfast was rather modest and could benefit from more variety, especially fresh vegetables. The hotel is located near a roundabout with bus stops, so traffic noise is almost constant. A quieter room facing the courtyard would be a better choice for a more peaceful stay.
We were especially impressed by some members of the staff. A young employee even thanked us in Lithuanian and kindly started a conversation, which was a very pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the older gentleman who assisted with the parking arrangements was quite unfriendly and reluctant to explain how to access the garage. His attitude made us feel uncomfortable, as if we had done something wrong, which was a disappointing contrast to the otherwise positive interactions.

Parfait pour une nuit d’étape.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était copieux mais le personnel trop présent. La propreté. Le jeune homme très sympa a l’accueillir le soir.

Es un edificio viejo pero está todo correcto y limpio. Muy buena relación calidad precio y una atención estupenda en el desayuno. Difícil aparcar en la zona si llegas tarde por la noche.

La ubicación

Cons:

Habitación muy ruidosa. No hay aire acondicionado y hacia demasiado calor. El agua de la ducha sale con muy poca presión y la temperatura o muy caliente o muy fría. Imposible regularla( por lo menos la que nos tocó a nosotros)
