Pros:

A lovely comfortable room, facing the roundabout. However it was too hot for me, with no air conditioning, mid-August 2026.

I Had to leave the windows open to try for air, then the mosquitoes bit me on my sleep. Had to buy an electric repellant for the remaining nights.

Really noisy beyond midnight due to human nightlife and traffic noise.

Investment in air conditioning is a must for this hotel, but I appreciate it is expensive for the hotel company to install.

Great hotel but the lack of air conditioning will put me off summer visits. I may try again in the winter.

Pros:

El desayuno completo, las camadas cómodas, todos los empleados muy amables, parking amplio y ubicación del hotel cerca de Bilbao, Getxo, Portugaleta... perfecto

Cons:

Mi habitación tenia bañera, pero era muy incomoda sobre todo para salir, es mejor un plato de ducha. La moqueta en toda la habitación la verdad que un poco pasado de moda.

Volvería, si visitara de nuevo Bilbao
Pros:

El trato del personal, lo que pedíamos respondían al momento
Buena ubicación, enseguida coges autovía para cualquier destino

Cons:

Tiene falta de algún arreglo, que no afectó a nuestra estancia, SALVO
Que tenía una olor fuerte a humedad que salía del armario, que lo comentamos en recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación de inmediato, con las mismas comodidades.
MUY BIEN, nos hubiéramos quedado algún día más.

Pros:

La colazione ha una discreta varietà di scelta, per cui la valuto positivamente. Il parcheggio sotto l'albergo, a pagamento, è comodo per lasciare la macchina al sicuro e raggiungere il centro di Bilbao con la metro, che è comodissima e si trova a soli 100 metri dall'hotel.

Cons:

Le camere erano spaziose e i letti comodi, però l'impatto è di un ambiente un pò vecchio, sicuramente si potrebbero riammodernare sia le camere che gli stessi bagni. Comunque le camere erano pulite.
