Comfy bed, comfy armchair. Clean room. Good stay overall
The shower head felt like it was going to break off the wall at any moment
Spacious room and good facilities. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Friendly staff at reception. Not too far from the airport and shopping centre. Great value.
It was all good.
Not much to like about this motel
The advertised room is not what we received. The shower spout came off the wall when turned on. Mould in the shower. The dryer door came off. Carpets grubby. There is only 2small chairs facing each other in a small sitting room. Only 5 tv channels available which includes a cartoon channel and a religion channel.
Great spacious room with a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. Excellent location if wanting to be out the Remarkables or Frankton end of Queenstown.
They only have one armchair. They need to have two in the room and they have the room to put one.

Can’t open the windows in the room. The room smelled musty when we checked in. When asked the staff about it, they sprayed some strong smelling chemical air freshener. It was we had to put on a noisy kitchen exhaust to get rid of the smell.
The staff were obliging and friendly
There was a source of mechanical noise outside the window of our room which caused the windows to vibrate. We requested to change rooms and the hotel was able to accommodate this.
The carpet in our new room was very stained, the walls very marked and there were black stains in the shower. Both rooms we experienced were very tired and needed to be renovated.
離機場很近、有烘衣和洗衣機回國前可以順便整理一下行李很讚，旁邊也有賣場和超市很方便，2點就能入住很不錯，樓下還有餐廳，性價比很高
熱水壺沒有清潔，下面都發霉了，其他都很可以，個人感覺只有使用一兩個杯子就只有洗碗機可以用感覺很不環保，希望可以提供額外提供洗碗精使用
