Cons:

How can I say anything good when this property is filthy? Putrid carpet needs to be ripped up. Dusty corners elsewhere. Dodgy air-conditioning. Overall very, very tired.
Staff do their best but impossible to improve the state of the place.
Sadly I booked 3 apartments and feel embarrassed that my friends had to put up with this.

Perfect place to stay for work. We did not need the hassle of being in the centre of Queenstown.
Pros:

Great location, on-site free parking and friendly staff

Cons:

The room could do with a few repairs. The sink tap was loose and large chuck of plaster taken out of the corner of the bedroom door entry as well as lots of scuff marks on the walls

Queenstown stay for business traveller or a couple.
Pros:

Very good location. Within walking distance to super market and restaurants. Dedicated parking. Working gadgets in the room. Safe and peaceful area. Balcony. Smooth check in at the counter. Helpful staff. Luggage trolly to self ferry baggage.

Cons:

Only 1 mobile heater shared between 2 bedrooms. Check out time too early at 10am. Only 1 bathroom. Very few power points to plug in devices. WhatsApp based Bot is useless.

Nice experience, friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly and accommodating staff, was able to check in earlier and didn't have to pay for a basement parking spot when complementary ground parking was full as it was off season.
