Pros:

Got a parking fine because the car park door was broken and I could not access car park
Was not explain/ informed of other parking options when checking in
Spoke to the manager who was rude
Told me he was take of it but didn't
The fine was still deducted from my account 2 weeks later

Very comfortable and handy for a night in transit.
Pros:

It was a short stay for us but good location. Handy to the airport and eateries. The garage was super handy too.

Cons:

We didn't like how the window couldn't open.

Pros:

La ubicación está un poco lejos de todo, pero hay un sendero muy bonito que sigue todo el río, existe una parada de autobús que te deja en el centro en 20 minutos o en coche en 10, habitación amplia, baño completo y todo muy limpio, muy recomendable.

Great location with a nice view with dirty and sticky carpets
Pros:

Great location with a nice view, spacious room, and friendly staff.

Cons:

the carpet was extremely dirty and sticky honestly, I’ve never seen a carpet in such a poor condition in a hotel. It really needs a deep clean or replacement.

The lift controls were also unnecessarily confusing. The card reader was in one location, while the ground floor button was in the opposite corner of the lift. 😂 Despite having a high security card access system, the stairways were completely open, which seemed a bit ironic.

Overall, the hotel has great potential, but please clean the carpets properly and improve the lift layout!

Lovely views, great amenities close by
Pros:

Location is always really good. It is great having Franks the cafe downstairs. I managed to get a coffee at 5:30 which was great.
my room had a great view. Temperature is really good in the room

Cons:

The room isn't serviced daily which I guess is fine. I thought it used to be.

We had a pleasant stay at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Remarkables Queenstown. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a great choice for our stay in Queenstown.

One of the best things about this accommodation is that everything we needed was provided. Having cooking facilities and a washing machine made our stay so much more convenient, especially when travelling for an extended period.

We bought some groceries and prepared simple dinners in the apartment, which was practical and made us feel more at home. Being able to do our laundry was also a big plus after days of exploring New Zealand.


Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay, especially for travellers who appreciate spacious accommodation and the convenience of cooking and doing laundry. With a more flexible check-out time, the experience would be even better!

Cons:

One area for improvement: the 10:00 AM check-out time feels quite early. It would be great if the hotel could consider extending the standard check-out time to at least 11:00 AM, or ideally 12:00 PM. A later check-out would allow guests to enjoy a more relaxed morning without having to rush to pack and leave.
