Fantastico!
Pros:

Struttura stupenda, ti senti proprio in una casa thailandese. Camera ampia con letto comodo. Area piscina piccola ma ideale per un momento di relax. Zona comoda per raggiungere a piedi svariate zone di interesse. Se invece non volete camminare basta prendere un grab.

Cons:

I teli della piscina sono molto piccoli. Non ho apprezzato la bottiglia di plastica riutilizzabile da riempire all’ingresso per avere l’acqua in camera. Ho rimediato usandone una mia.

All perfect!
Pros:

Everything good, the decoration is very nice, the room was spacious with good air conditioning, the breakfast was good.
Staff is very nice. They can take care of your laundry which is perfect, we were 4 so we had a bag every 2 days to wash.
The location, in the old town, was perfect, close to markets, good restaurants, massage places (the one just across the street was perfect), bars, cafes (We loved the iced chocolates in Khom Chocolatier House!), and the Kalm village center with yoga sessions on rooftop every day.

Pros:

Estaba todo bastante limpio, y tenía aire acondicionado que se agradece con el calor que hace. Es cierto que la piscina no es muy grande pero no suele haber nadie y para darte un baño viene bien. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno es un poco caro para lo que ofrece (220 bahts por persona).

Pros:

La habitación era cómoda y limpia. El servicio de lavandería fue muy bueno. La localización estaba muy bien, cerca de restaurantes, 7 eleven y de las atracciones turisticas principales.

Cons:

Igual si tuviera ascensor sería de 10.

A great place to stay in Central Chiang Mai
Pros:

Pha Thai is central but quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful.
It's a uniquely decorated and has lovely pieces of furniture around.

Cons:

Not much, the pool is relatively small but was fine for a little swim.
There is no lift so if you have mobility issues I suggest making a note of that in your booking.
Breakfast was limited but fine.

A lovely hotel!
Pros:

This hotel was soooo cute! Breakfast was a plus and location is good! The pool is also a plus! The room is perfect in my opinion, has everything you need

Pros:

Bon emplacement et lit confortable. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

Cons:

Climatisation vétuste et très bruyante. Par rapport aux autres hôtels en Thaïlande nous avons été surpris que le personnel ne réponde même pas à nos bonjours.
