Location strategic.

Cons:

Pintu toilet xder kunci. Sarung bantal n comforter xbersih. Mula2 dpt bilik yg tidak sama spt d booking.. so pergi dkt kaunter and try request tukar bilik and staff just cakap xdpt sbb full. Nasib ada Chinese gurl kluar dkt kaunter n I direct ckp mintak tukar bilik.. so dlm 15minits dah dpt tukar. Mula2 agak marah sbb xpuas hati sbb bilik xsama yg dbook.. n bilik mula2 tu sangat2 terok😌 nasib la dpt tukar..

Overall, the experience was good. The staff were very willing to help and provided good service.
Pros:

I didn't go for breakfast because I thought it was a buffet breakfast. It turned out that we had to order the food individually, so I decided to skip it.

Cons:

The only improvement needed is clearer signage, as the location was a bit difficult to find.

Pros:

The food is decent but not hot enough. The table was not set with tissue. Very basic service.

Cons:

The flush of the toilet was not functioning well. Can improve on this as the location is great.

Overall, the stay was decent, but the bathroom smell and air conditioning issue could definitely be improved.
Cons:

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, possibly coming from the sink area as the sink hole was left widely open. The air conditioning was also not cold at all, and I ended up sleeping uncomfortably due to the heat. Other than that, everything was okay.

my quite bad experience staying at wiwo hotel bintulu
Pros:

the bed is gud

Cons:

the room location is not in the same building with the real hotel.
The toiley floor is slippery as it is not being scrubed enough, the toilet door is dirty, the glass door in the shower also dirty n the toilet is smelly with bad odour. no slippers in the room like it was mentioned, no laundry bag as well. as the breakfast is no buffet n the choicea r limited.
