Beautiful property, would recommend.
Pros:

This is a beautiful property with updated facilities and great amenities. Amazing views. The food at the restaurant is fantastic, and the staff were great.

Cons:

This is unrelated to the property or hotel management, but be aware but if you are not traveling with a vehicle, it can be expensive to get around the area. Having said that, the hotel staff will gladly help connect you with local drivers.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good.
Restaurant in the resort was good.
Swimming pool was good.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Bonus: the resort cats were very cute

Cons:

Resort seemed understaffed during the afternoon.
Chairs at the restaurant were uncomfortable and the beds were quite hard.
Tv in the room did not work and wifi was very spotty.

We had a wonderful stay at Kepos Etna Relais and truly enjoyed every moment.

The hotel is excellent – beautifully maintained, very clean and well organized, with great facilities and delicious food. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the attention to detail throughout the property makes the experience feel very special.

What really stands out, however, is the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, kind, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for throughout our stay.

A very special mention goes to Daniela – she is truly exceptional! Her kindness, warmth, positive energy, and genuine desire to help made a real difference to our experience. She is one of those people you remember even after the holiday is over, and the hotel is very lucky to have her.

We would absolutely recommend Kepos Etna Relais to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Sicily.

Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic stay. We would be very happy to return!

Cons:

The only thing we would suggest improving is the Wi-Fi coverage and connection quality throughout the hotel, as the signal could be stronger and more consistent.

Brilliant location with great views of mount Etna. Lovely buildings, rooms, gardens, and swimming pool. Great staff - made us feel very welcomed. And exceptionally helpful, including via the concierge app.

Cons:

Very minor point! Get some binoculars so guests can watch any action at the volcano!

Pros:

Magnifique complexe entre vue sur l Etna et la mer dans un cadre reposant entouré de vergers avec un personnel au petit soin pour nous apporter un service exceptionnel. Merci au propriétaire, au directeur et à Manuella pour leur accueil , à daniela pour son sourire et sa disponibilité le matin au petit déjeuner.ainsi qu à sa collègue pour le repas du soir d une grande gentillesse. Compliment également au chef pour les délicieux repas .

Un endroit calme et acceuillant
Pros:

La vue sur la baie et l'Etna, le calme et surtout la serviabilité de tout le personnel. Toutes nos demandes on été satisfaites. Le propriétaire vous fait visiter son jardin lors de votre arrivée et vous fait déguster ses produits. Un merci particulier à Daniela qui parle admirablement bien le français et qui s'occupe de vous comme si vous étiez un membre de la famille. Nous avons subi un orage qui a déposé des cendres noires du volcan jusque dans la piscine. En quelques heures tout a été nettoyé et avons pu à nouveau nous baigner dans la piscine à débordement...incroyable

Cons:

Il faut absolument une voiture car le village ou se trouve l'hôtel est fort isolé et il y a peu de restaurant aux alentours sauf un pizzeria napolitaine qui vaut le détour pas pour l'accueil mais pour ses pizzas napolitaines. Le restaurant de l'hôtel ne proposant qu'une carte minimaliste mais de bonne qualité

Family local getaway with a beautiful view.
Pros:

I liked that it was secluded, private and quiet. The concierge service was excellent. All the staff was very friendly and professional.

Superbe hôtel au calme à proximité de l’Etna
Pros:

Superbe hôtel au calme, piscine et jacuzzi au vert avec vue sur la mer; infrastructures de qualité, suite grande et confortable.
Le fait que l’hôtel ne soit pas très grand vous permet de profiter pleinement de la piscine et du jacuzzi.
Personnel très accueillant et attentionné (en particulier Daniela). Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, très varié, avec des produits frais et locaux. La personne responsable du jardin se fait une joie de vous faire découvrir son jardin. Proximité de l’Etna (avec de belles vues notamment le soir sur l’éruption).

Cons:

Rien sauf peut-être le prix des repas (lunch et dinner) un petit peu élevé.

Tutto perfetto,la gentilezza del personale,la location,la cucina,la piscina e la Jacuzzi. La vegetazione incantevole. Un plauso particolare alla signora Daniela,la signora Manuela,al direttore e al proprietario che ci ha illustrato tante cose.
