Bonne restauration. Personnel très sympathique. Emplacement avec une belle vue sur lac et montagne

Cons:

Hôtel à rafraîchir. Décoration vieillotte . Trop bruyant train et route à proximité. Manque d’isolation phonique et de climatisation

Pros:

Great view from the balcony. Confortable beds and the balcony door and window is equipped with shutters.

Cons:

Located next to the train tracks and a busy street. It can get noisy and sitting on the balcony is not as confortable and relaxing as I was expecting.

Interlaken bölgesini gezmek için çok ideal konumda ve çok temiz.
Pros:

Otel çok temizdi, kahvaltı da oldukça yeterliydi türkler için. Gittiğimiz tarihlerde çok yakında plajda su çok güzeldi. Çalışanlarda çok nazik ve iyilerdi. Arabayla konaklayanlar için her yere yakın, ve ücretsiz park alanı var.

Nice but I would not go again.
Pros:

Staff was great! Very welcoming and gentle.

Checkin was great.

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable.
Breakfast was poor, not many options but the view was great. No AC so sleeping was not comfortable.

Très agréable et un peu à l'écart de la ville d'Interlaken, ce que nous avons apprécié.
Pros:

L'accueil par le personnel et la direction. Beaucoup de renseignements très précis sur les activités que j'avais prévues. Le soucis de placer les gens à la fenêtre et vue sur le lac quand c'était possible.

La vista al lago , las comodidades , la ubicación si estás en auto es excepcional
Salís para cualquier lado , pagas menos que la n el centro de interlaken y tenes vista al lago si seleccionas ese tipo de habitación

Okay for a night. Good location for an Interlaken visit or a lake roundtrip.
Pros:

Surprisingly new/modern room for a traditional hotel. Easy parking. Quite street.

Cons:

Hotel was far from being full and they offered us an upgrade ("better suited for a wheelchair") ... at an extra 60 or 70 CHF per night (!!!) ... clearly no nice gestures today.

Grossartiges Hotel am Thuner See
Pros:

Wundervoller Aufenthalt am Thuner See. Wir wurden von sehr freundlichen Gastgebern begrüsst und hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Balkon und wunderbarem Seeblick. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich sauber. Grossartig! Auch hat uns die familiäre Atmosphäre im Hotel gefallen.
Das Frühstück sowie Restaurant sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. Auch gibt es genügend Parkplätze.
Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub im Hotel Kreuz.

A good hotel but can be too loud to sleep depending on other guests.
Pros:

Very cute hotel and good for the money and very clean. Breakfast was great. The view from the hotel is amazing and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The walls are pretty thin so your neighbors in the hotel with you can really make or break your stay. One of the guests staying beside us had a kid singing really loud at 7:00AM so we woke up to that every morning. You can also hear the cars driving by outside fairly well. If you don’t like noise I’d recommend staying elsewhere.
