All in all this is a heavily overpriced very low standard hotel, the staff not very friendly, and the overall atmosphere

The location is ok for the access to Thun, Bern, and the Jungfrau region.

Cons:

The hotel is outdated in all aspects. The bathroom is old and taking a shower as an average height person is almost impossible. The furniture is damaged with missing doorknob, peeled off veneer, the lights are mediocre (no individual lights on each side of the bed. The restaurant is very outdated with cheap Ute sold and plates. The breakfast food is of poor quality and very limited in choices and items were running out all the time and not always replenished.

La chambre était propre, la vue sur le lac était juste incroyable. J'ai demandé un oreiller en de plus et le personnel l'a amené dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était très complet (lait sans lactose).

veraltet, dreckiger Teppich, schmutzige Wände, Betten nur für kleine Menschen, Zudecke zu kurz, Bad unglaublich klein, an der Bahnstrecke, laute Nachbarschaft, Kein Ohr für die Reklamation des Gastes

早餐很好，有国内少见的三文鱼。房间干净整洁，前台接待服务态度很好。由于我自己的原因，没做好功课，导致我们在酒店和因特拉肯东之间来回奔波，虽然只有10分钟的路程，但是一个小时一班有点累

A Hidden Gem Near Lake Thun
Pros:

This hotel was a real hidden gem and offered much better value for money than staying in nearby Thun or Interlaken. We arrived by car and appreciated the spacious free parking available on-site.

Our room faced the hillside, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The highlight, however, was the breakfast room overlooking Lake Thun. The breakfast was also delicious, and it was lovely to watch trains passing along the lakeshore while enjoying the view.

Schöner Ausblick über den Thuner See. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ausreichend Parkplätze unmittelbar am Hotel. Im Restaurant haben wir auch Abends sehr gut gegessen. Ich habe den antiken Fahrstuhl geliebt :-)

Cons:

Durch die direkte Lage an Bahnstrecke und Straße sowie Baulärm, gab es auch Nachts eine Geräuschkulisse, die Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ausschloss.

Rapport qualité prix à revoir surtout si les clients sont dans les chambres non rénovées. Excellent petit déjeuné.

Cons:

Nous avions une des chambres non rénovées donc très vétuste. Rideaux de douche, moquette au sol et sur les murs.
L’isolation était très mauvaise entre les chambres. La fenêtre vibre avec un bruit sourd qui s’arrête à 21h00.
