Ich würde beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstück wurde sehr schön auf der Dachterrasse serviert. Allerdings darf man keinen großen Hunger haben oder frisches Obst erwarten. Neben Brötchen und kleinem Croissant konnte man sich zusätzlich eine Sache bestellen, also entweder Eier oder Pancakes oder Toastbrot mit Avocado. Für Vielessen zur Frühstückszeit ist das nicht so ideal. Den Preisen des Hotels eigentlich nicht angemessen. Das Personal war aber immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und das Fenster öffnet zu einem Luftschacht, der unangenehm roch. Man hatte daher keine Möglichkeit wirklich frische Luft hereinzulassen. Wir haben dann manchmal unsere Tür zum Flur hin geöffnet und das Fenster dort zum Innenhof geöffnet. Dann kam etwas frische Luft herein. Am heißem Wetter hat es nicht gelegen, weil wir auch einen Regentag hatten.
Das als international angegebene Programm des Fernsehers hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Auch hier war das Personal wehr hilfreich, aber das Ergebnis war mager.

Opción buena por la ubicación. El resto, para pensarlo.

La ubicación es excepcional.
El bar y desayunador de la terraza es un buen espacio, muy linda vista, y el personal que atiende es encantador.

Cons:

Un hotel 4 estrellas que no tenga servicio de lavandería es insólito, nos fuimos con ropa de varios días sucia...
El desayuno es muy acotado, no es buffet, correcto y punto.
No tiene lobby, ni un lugar de estar, salvo el bar.
Es un 3 estrellas, para saberlo.

10/10 Absolute Empfehlung!
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind schön gross und das persönliche Highlight war das morgendliche Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse! Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem Avril vom Frühstück hat einem jeden Morgen den Start in den Tag versüsst und lies keine Wünsche mehr offen! Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da!!

Die Lage des Hotels war sensationell, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und schön. Zudem war alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war qualitativ ebenfalls sehr gut und konnte auf der Dachterasse konsumiert werden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück auf der Terasse war gut, es konnte bestellt werden. Die Auswahl war sehr gut und qualitativ gut. Jedoch hätten wir es bevorzugt, das Brot, welches ebenfalls serviert wurde, selbst zu wählen.

Pros:

Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town, next to the cathedral. Great breakfast every morning on the rooftop bar and really nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

As there was times when the front desk wasn't staffed, there were no measures to ensure non-guests couldn't enter the hotel. There could have been more plug sockets in the room.

Prachtig hotel in het hart van de stad met dakterras en top ontbijt
Pros:

Het hotel is gelegen midden in de stad maar tijdens de nacht muisstil .
Het dakterras waar je ontbijt ( a la carte ) en in de avond kan aperitieven , met zicht op de kathedraal, is de leukste plek van het hotel .
Wat ons opviel is de inzet van Avril, zij is een absolute meerwaarde voor dit hotel !
Avril runt het ontbijt als een echte professional, organiseert ondanks de drukte, een vlotte bediening met een immer zonnige glimlach.

Cons:

De reden waarom we geen 10/10 geven is de tegenstrijdige informatie op de site.
Er is geen zwembad maar een klein plonsbad ( 2m op 2m ) waar je kan afkoelen maar niet zwemmen.
Onze kamer had volgens de beschrijving zicht op binnenplaats maar in werkelijkheid zicht op muur ( luchtkoker) .
Geen idee wat het weer was …gaf gevoel van in een kelder te zitten .
