Great location next to the cathedral, big room comfortable bed, kitchen area with coffee pods and teabags, complimentary water restocked every day, robes, slippers and toiletries provided, pool towels provided, very clean staff were all friendly. Rooftop bar and small pool with jacuzzi.
Only 7 sun beds around the pool as it's not a big area, a few extra chairs would be good.
Locatie en inrichting van de kamers. Je had alles bij de hand en in de buurt had je supermarket en leuke eettentjes.
We hadden een kamer waar aan de overkant werd verbouwt, waardoor je niet kon uitslapen. 7 uur gingen ze al aan de slag. Met breken, boren en het op en neer rijden van troep. En in de badkamer onder douche had je allemaal kleine kakkerlakken.
The property is in an excellent location, yet our room was incredibly quiet. Despite being right beside the cathedral, we couldn’t hear any outside noise, not even the hourly bells.
The staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to the team in the breakfast restaurant, who made our experience even more enjoyable. Every morning they greeted us with warm smiles, cheerful conversations, and such positive energy. It was a wonderful way to start each day.
The breakfast itself was also excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food.
Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.
Unfortunately I don’t have any constructive feedback to say as our experience was 10/10.

Pool area is very small, but appreciate that space is limited in such a great location. Would have liked to access to more tv channels

Bett eher mittelmäßig, Fernseher hatte ne komische Position die weder von Sofa noch vom Bett aus richtig eingesehen werden konnte

Het zwembad is erg klein
Fantastic location, central to all the main tourist sites and historic city. Easy cycle to other parts of Valencia. The room was very comfortable and a good size. Great fridge and sufficient cooking facilities for simple meals if you want to use them. The little roof terrace was a sun trap - there are however only about 4/5 sunbed available although we did manage to get them a couple of times. Tiny little pool which was good to cool down. The roof bar looked very nice but was in the shade every evening and it wasn't quite warm enough to use at the time of year we visited.
Being very picky but the room storage was not very user friendly. You had to stand on the bed to reach any shelves and there was very little room in the bathroom for toiletries.
There was some building work next door which was pretty noisy when we were there but I think we were a bit unlucky.
Super Lage! Mega freundliches Personal vor allem Abril vom frühstück war der Wahnsinn! Wir wurden am 2. Tag mit unseren Vornamen begrüßt und sie wusste genau was wir am Vortag bestellt hatten! So eine freundliche Person! Vielen lieben Dank für die freundliche Bewirtung! Überhaupt ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen alles ist stimmig und die bar auf dem roof top ist auch sehr gemütlich! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Flott beliggenhet midt i gamlebyen. Flott rom, hyggelig personale både i resepsjonen og på frokost. Skybaren var utrolig vakker med utsikt over byen. God frokost.
