Amazing
Pros:

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip around Lombok.
The villas are great and private. The restaurant and room keeping staff are freindly and polite and go over and beyond for you.
The hotel has more of a boutique feeling as there are limited number of rooms, providing you with a more personal experience and having the pool to yourself at times.
The restaurant was great , with excellent options for both breakfast and dinner

Cons:

The only drawback was the service and tax charges that are applied at the restaurant dinner bill at 21% which is far excessive.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti durante il nostro viaggio itinerante fra Bali e Lombok. Avevamo scelto una camera con vista giardino, si trattava di una villetta su due piani, noi avevamo la camera al piano di sopra.
Siamo stati accolti alla reception con drink di benvenuto, il ragazzo è stato gentilissimo e ci ha spiegato come funzionava la struttura, il ristorante, e la possibilità di recarsi al vicino Jeeva Klui per usufruire di spa e palestra.
Camera spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, bagno stupendo con doccia esterna, anch'esso dotata di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno.
Piscina a sfioro meravigliosa, con vista sull'oceano. Accesso alla spiaggia rapidissimo tramite delle scalette. Abbiamo cenato tutte le sere al ristorante interno, che abbiamo trovato molto buono e con un'ottima varietà di menù, anche per la colazione (che è alla carta).
Un plauso allo staff che è stato gentilissimo! Sicuramente uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbia mai alloggiato!

Tatil rahatlama zamanı ama sizi sinir etmede 1 numaralar. Çözüm odaklı asla değiller.

Otele girişte resepsiyonda ki berbat tavırla başlayan ve tatilimizi başlangıcında rezil edişlerinin ardından Tesis ile ilgili yazabileceğim tek güzel şey restaurantta çalışan Ran isimli garson ve resepsiyondaki Junawal isimli çalışan ikisinide teşekkür ederim.

Cons:

Tesisin resepsiyonu tek kelimeyle berbat. Oteli 2 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk olarak rezervasyon yaptırmama ragmen çocuğunuza kahvaltı vermiyoruz ödemek zorundasınız ile başlayan diyologtan sonra herşeye hayır yapamıyoruzla devam etti. Otele konuyu yazmama ragmen exstra yatak almazsanız kahvaltı veremeyiz ile devam etti. O sizin problemeniz diye cevap bile verildi. Kendilerine rezarvasyonu göstermemize ragmen devam etti. Hiç bir yetkili gelip konu hakkında bizimle görüşme ihtiyacı bile duymadı. Yani yönetimsel olarak berbatlar. Plaj kenarı diye yazan tanıtımlarında otele bir gidiyorsunuz plaj falan yok. Denize girmek mümkün değil Konunun para olmadığını defalarca kendilerine yazmama rağmen asla çözüm odaklı yaklaşmadılar. Tüm olanlardan sonra tek teşekkür edebileceğim kişi Junawal isimli çalışan tek başına tüm olayı düzeltmeye çalıştı kendine teşekkür ederim. Ancak bir daha asla tercih etmem ve kimseyede tavsiye etmem.

So good would come again
Pros:

Having stayed at both Jeeva properties I think this is my preferred one. I liked the size of the property was small enough to many times sitting at the main pool with no one else around.
Food was fantastic and the staff were great and any concern was quickly resolved. Organised spa trips to Klui and these fantastic too

Wirklich schönes Hotel mit extrem nettem Personal. Es war alles sauber und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Cons:

Das Abendessen im Hotel ist leider recht teuer und die Leistung entspricht nicht zwingend dem Preis, was aber nicht heißt, dass es schlecht war.

Villa with pool beautiful, clean, good bed, hot shower, lots of space. Location on beach is good. Walking distance to convenience shops. Good use of sister hotel for gym, spa and restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet. Breakfast is nice

Just a fan in the room would be nice, so don’t have to use aircon all the time.
