Best views in the heart of Ponta Delgada!
Pros:

Great hotel in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Within walking distance to the marina, restaurants, town center, and all the sights. Great location to easily explore the south side of the island. Stayed as a family of four with two adjoining rooms. One was a corner room on a high floor with floor to ceiling windows. The absolute best view of the entire town! Rooms are spacious, updated, and clean. Each room had a small but useable outdoor balcony. Service was great, very welcoming upon check in with hand towel and espresso! Valet parking is super convenient. Complimentary breakfast buffet is delicious and includes quite a bit of options. Fitness center is small but serviceable. Rooftop lounge is very cool. Pool is on rooftop and has cool sights but is a little small and cramped. An overall large hotel that is lively but in a good way, not too noisy. A bit pricey but decent value considering what you get. Great hotel but if you’re looking for a quaint, boutique feel, this is not it. Know what you are getting.

Direct environment of the location is not superb, staff arranging breakfast not very friendly, breakfast itself was also not superb.

Great customer service
Pros:

Really a great property, the customer service was outstanding, there was a little issue the first morning at check in but they more then made up for it, great Amex FHR hotel, Luis at the front was particularly helpful.

An Unforgettable Experience in the Azores
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, the breakfast was excellent, and every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

The Azores are absolutely breathtaking. The island's lush landscapes, volcanic lakes, dramatic coastlines, and charming towns make it a truly unique destination. We loved exploring the natural beauty, trying the local cuisine, and experiencing the warm hospitality of the people. It's the perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy nature, tranquility, and authentic culture.

We would happily stay at this hotel again and highly recommend both the hotel and the Azores to anyone planning a memorable vacation.

On a passé un super moment dans son ensemble
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, chambre assez spacieuse et propre. Équipes vraiment très sympathique, très bien placé avec une jolie vue sur le port. Très bon buffet PDJ (Ruben et Didier) Très bon restaurant avec une bonne sélection de viandes maturés merci à Paolo pour nous avoir trouvé une table. Bar très sympa avec un bon choix de Cocktails Classiques merci à Mariana qui était vraiment au Top, très sympathique avec chaque clients. Super service voiturier (Gilberto Miguel Luis). Merci a tous!!

Cons:

Salle de bain très sombre. Chambre assez basique, ameublement trop simple. Décoration n’est pas super, très simpliste. Literie pas terrible, oreillers beaucoup trop soft. Le turn Down n’était pas effectué chaque soir…

Estancia maravillosa en Sao Miguel
Pros:

Cueca Zion, fantástica, con unas vistas muy bonitas al puerto. Hotel con todas las comodidades propias de su categoría. Merece la pena pagar por el aparcamiento, ya que el coche te lo llevan a la puerta cada vez que necesitas. El desayuno maravilloso, la terraza de arriba muy bonita, con unas vistas espectaculares al mar. La habitación es amplia y silenciosa, la cama muy cómoda. Todo está muy limpio, el personal muy atento, siempre te dejan detalles en la habitación y pasan por la tarde para ver si necesitas alguna cosa. Hotel a la altura de las expectativas y de las estrellas que ostenta.

Cons:

El baño negro dificulta un poco la visión en el espejo. El spa es correcto, aunque bastante pequeñito. Como extra esta bien pero no lo destacaría dentro de lo que ofrece el hotel.

The staff were excellent, breakfast very good, lovely view from whale watching bar with excellent light meals. Sea view room with balcony. Good location overlooking harbour and easy walking distance to town.

Cons:

Spa is disappointedly limited and small. Hotel appears expensive compared to similar adjacent hotels.

Pros:

Comida fantástica. Funcionários muito acolhedores.
Uma especial atenção ao funcionário Rodrigo, que sempre foi muito caloroso e atencioso. Sem dúvida que terá um futuro risonho na hotelaria.

Cons:

O quarto que nos foi atribuído tinha duas camas de solteiro e fizemos a reserva para uma cama de casal, mas rapidamente foi resolvido.

the stuff, kind people. the bar on the 7th floor, the shower, the port view from the room.
