Vieles: defekte Ausstattung (Lampen gingen nicht, die Duschwand, Wasserkocher), laute Klimaanlage mit stinkigem Geruch, dreckiger Fussboden und dreckige Möbel, schlechter Service (lange Antwortzeiten, nie jemanden im Haus begegnet), das Zimmer (Maria Athena) war direkt an der Treppe gelegen, sodass es sehr laut im Zimmer war, kein Parkplatz bei der Unterkunft (wir mussten unsere Koffer eine lange Treppe hoch- und runtertragen, keine Information dazu bekommen, nur aufgrund eigenständiger Nachfrage), kein Frühstück enthalten und nicht möglich (obwohl es auf der Hotelseite beschrieben wird).

The property had no hot water even though the host was insisting that it was there. The tap in the bathroom was automated and would just switch on and off by itself. The tv was not working, asking the host to have a look and said that I don’t know how to use a remote. Upstairs room where the kids were staying was so dusty and smelled like melted plastic. Thank god we were only here for 2 nights. The worst place I have ever stayed in, with the most rudest owner.

Después de dejar el auto en el parking público, hay que bajar una escalera de más de 50 escalones, con el equipaje a cuestas y 36 grados de calor, sin que nadi del hotel venga a ayudar. Quedamos medio dishidratados (mi mujer tiene 65 y yo 84), con la ayuda de un se;nior de buena voluntaad. Al llegar al hotel, NOS HABÍAN ASIGNADO UNA HABITACIÓN EN EL SEGUNDO PISO, POR ESCALERA!!! Totalmene Imposible subir el equiepaje, por lo que debimos dejar nuestras maletas y bolsos en la planta baja. Además, un precio por completo exorbitante: u$s 259 por un día.

Betritt man das Hotel riecht es sehr stark nach einem Raumduft, was uns zu penetrant war. Im Zimmer kleben viele kleine Zettel mit Notizen darauf, was man bitte zu unterlassen hat. Das wirkte auf uns etwas seltsam.
Man merkt, dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und einiges nicht (mehr) funktioniert bzw. sich nicht mehr so Mühe gegeben wird. Zum Beispiel ist der Whirlpool in der Badewanne defekt oder die Dachterrasse ohne jegliche Bestuhlung, sodass man lediglich seine Wäsche aufhängen kann. Hier fehlte uns die Liebe zum Detail.

The host was not very welcoming. There was no explanation of the check-in process before arriving. After calling, the host asks us to let ourselves in and find our card and room. After a bit of prompting, he reluctantly appeared from the cafe next to the property. The room was far too hot (+30C) the air con took hours to cool the room and the mezzanine was still hot in the morning.

Di Luxury ha solo il nome (e il prezzo). A parte la posizione, molto centrale e vicina alla via principale del paese, tutto il resto è estremamente sopravvalutato, con una qualità prezzo davvero non corretta. Stanza piccola, con arredo di dubbio gusto, senza ascensore. Siamo arrivati e siamo stati praticamente lanciati in camera senza minima accoglienza. Da segnalare anche il grande disagio che abbiamo avuto la prima notte, costretti a dormire con una delle luci principali accese perché non c’era l’interruttore (evidentemente secondo loro dovevamo capire in autonomia di staccarla dal quadro elettrico, molto Luxury devo dire).

Se io pago per 2 persone circa 200€ a notte per una Luxiry Suitet 5 stelle come da voi definita, mi aspetto poi una Suite vera con tutti i requisiti e invece, tutto il contrario. La mia è stata la Suite Artemisia, praticamente una camera bifamiliare perché come regola vuole ci dovevano essere due ambienti separati di cui uno, quello appena si entra, essere un salotto/soggiorno, e invece si entrava direttamente in camera. Il secondo ambiente era un sottotetto con due lettini e comodino rotto centrale a cui hanno tolto i cassetti, e sulle pareti altezza travi hanno lasciato dei grossi buchi non stuccati che entrano nell’intercapedine bassa del sottotetto, chi ci dormirebbe? Una Suite senza prese hai lati del letto per ricaricare un telefono, unica presa vicino alla porta d’entrata, cavi brutti che scendono dal televisore e condizionatore sporco con segni di perdite sul muro. Sporco, pulizia grossolana, bagno con muffa nera su tutta la doccia bassa fuori e dentro, spazzola wc sporca, sapone per mani dozzinale neutro roberts semi finito, riserva cartai igenica con rotoli usati, incredibile! Ripeto io ho pagato per una Suite 5 stelle altrimenti non dicevo tutto questo se l’avreste definita una bifamiliare e con un prezzo sicuramente da rivedere. Rimane comunque lo sporco su cui non ci sono scuse. Unica nota decente la posizione centrale ma è talmente piccola Fiscardo che ovunque tu dorma sei sempre in centro.

Not luxury just ok. Check in was poor as we had to wait a while before anyone came, after we eventually got through on the phone. The piped aromatics were not a good thing as it was more like a sweet vape smell. The two sinks had automatic water which was annoying and the gadget shower was good but over a big bath that was a bit of a climb to get into. For one night it was okay.

Het geheel was echt vergane glorie. Knoppen van het bad deden het niet of hingen los, knoppen van de douche hingen los. Deurklink van de badkamer hing los, laken van het bed was veel te kort, balkon was 30cm diep en keek uit op een steeg met vuilnis. Zelfs de wasknijpers waren bijna vergaan. Tv was geen smart tv. Toegang naar de kamer langs de receptie was smoezelig en zeer onuitnodigend.
