Great location and facilities
Pros:

Always a pleasant stay. Room, pool, parking and great location to the beach and town.

Cons:

Wilmington Ave rooms have noise from Blue Hen outside diners. Baked pears at breakfast not a good idea unless you divide them before cooking as I had two pears that were not perfect inside.

Perfect location for our anniversary trip
Pros:

Wonderful location and staff, overall. Easy walk to the boardwalk and beach along with many shops and restaurants. Avenue II is a little less fancy but overall served us well for our needs. The complimentary breakfast, wine and cheese hour, as well as the freshly made daily cookie and milk are all great touches. Parking provided.

Cons:

It is noted everywhere, and please take under advisement, that the walls are thin and you will hear the bar and street sounds until 1am on weekends.

Pretty nice…didn’t know The Avenue had a little hidden gem!
Pros:

My stay was at the Avenue II, which is a few buildings away from the main hotel. The downside: it didn’t have an elevator and our room was on the third floor. Also it’s motel style, so you enter your room from outdoors. That said. The room was an open suite style room that was well appointed and slept 6. You still have access to breakfast and all hotel amenities which were just a short walk away.

Cons:

No assistive way to get heavy luggage to your room.

Amazing!
Pros:

Breakfast, rooms, cleanliness and everything was amazing. The included parking and walking distance to the beach as well! Would deff repeat!
