Alles, was man sich wünscht
Pros:

Lage mitten im Zentrum, überaus nettes Personal und ein so umfangreiches leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, wie wir es selten erlebt haben. Sehr positiv ist auch die geräumige Tiefgarage.

Premetto che abbiamo telefonato il giorno dell'arrivo perchè il bambino di soli 11 mesi è stato in pronto soccorso. Abbiamo chiamato non con la pretesa di un rimborso. Avendo lavorato nel settore, gli alberghi prevedono qualche bonus per situazioni d'emergenza da riutilizzare secondo loro condizioni. 200 euro di stanza pensavo valessero anche una maggiore attenzione a questi eventi documentabili. Avremmo anche pagato un supplemento per riutilizzare la possibilità di soggiorno.

Avremmo preferito una doccia dato che la vasca è molto scomoda e di conseguenza esce molta acqua sul pavimento lavandoci.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella, pulita, staff accogliente.
La possibilità di utilizzare la SPA con piscina riscaldata interna è un plus non da poco (anche con bambino piccolo).
Colazione internazionale inclusa è davvero ricca e buona.
I Cadeau che ci hanno dato al check out molto graditi.
Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

Fabulous hotel - fabulous location - fabulous team!
Pros:

Returned to Hotel Flora for another year on a motorcycle tour - this time with my Daughter as passenger - we were expertly looked after by the staff at the hotel. I loved that We were made to feel so welcome by the team. The room was fabulous and spacious and the location of the hotel is ideal - close to the centre of the action, but just far enough away that you get a silent nights sleep! - love the place and can't wait to return. Final point - the "half-board" option is great value for money - the restaurant is to be commended for the choice and quality of offer for evening meal and breakfast.

Cons:

Not much - i was surprised that the 'junior suite' didn't have a balcony but when you saw where the room was from outside the building it made sense.
