Amazing nature hotel
Pros:

Amazing nature hotel with heated infinity pool. Plenty of parking lots. Great view and spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and quiet. The staff is professional and friendly.

Cons:

The wifi randomly stopped working.

El mejor hotel de nuestro viaje
Pros:

El hotel es muy chulo, con habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. En la habitación triple la cama individual era muy grande. Tienes todos los servicios.

Cons:

Solo tengo una pega. Que tengas que pagar la piscina a partir de una hora, si hay fiesta en la piscina.

Nice clean hotel
Pros:

Very clean and spacious. There was a pool and fitness centre and walking trails

Cons:

The location was a bit far. The pool was supposed to be heated but was cold, and the hot tub wasn’t working. The breakfast wasnt that good

Comfortable stay, good location
Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean, good size for two people, we were well rested for the two nights we were there. We drove, it was close to some good food. I love how the garden lights up at night. We forgot to remove the do not disturb sign, it was nice of the hotel to leave us extra clean towels at the door.

Cons:

I have to be honest, the view looks better on the photos. We paid more for cliff view room, but the room we were given was a tad disappointing.

Peaceful and lovely stay with daily swimming
Pros:

Hidden Cliff hotel and nature is luxury and peaceful. The room was super lovely, including bathtub and bathrobes and with a nice garden view. And the heated! infinity pool is great both in mornings and with the evening partylights.

Cons:

The only downside is that thr hotel is far from the eastcoast. I mistakenly thought is was a shorter drive which made me miss an evening swim :(. But really, it's lovely to just be at the hotel.

Dobra lokalizacja, cicho, pokój czysty z widokiem na kliff, rano popódka ze śpiewem ptaków, bezpłatny parking, sklepik w hotelu z przekąskami, bardzo dobre różnorodne śniadanie.

방 카펫이 너무 더러웠고 방안에 커튼에 이상한 벌레가 있어서 프론트에 전화해서 벌래를 제거해달라고 부탁했으나 아무런 응대가 없었습니다. 우리는 누군가가 올거라생각해서 기다렸지만 아무도 오지 않았습니다. 밤새 그 벌레 땜에 편히 잘수없었습니다.

Comfortable stay in beautiful Jeju island
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were good sizes. The bathroom was well kitted out and nicely decorated. The location is stunning and easy to find with gps. Free parking included as well.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t working in our room so we had to request a fan from reception. This wasn’t ideal and not what we’d expect from a high end hotel. We also were a bit disappointed with the in-house dining options. There are restaurants and cafes in site, but the opening hours were unclear and they weren’t open during our stay.
