Feathers- A Radha Hotel, Chennai

The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the hospitality throughout my stay was excellent.

The location and service was spot in . It was worth the stay in Feathers . Aamna was very sweet explaining us with the procedures when needed !

I have been staying at Feathers – A Radha Hotel, Chennai, for many years and visit Chennai frequently, often multiple times a month. Every stay has been a wonderful experience, and the warm hospitality is one of the main reasons I always choose to come back.

A special mention and heartfelt thanks to **Chef Sujit**, who always makes me feel at home. Whenever I request a dish prepared according to my taste, he takes great care to prepare it exactly the way I like it. His personal attention, consistency, and dedication are truly exceptional. Because of Chef Sujit and the wonderful hospitality, I simply don’t feel like staying anywhere else in Chennai.

I would also like to sincerely thank **Mr. Nagarjuna K** for his warm hospitality and for always making me feel comfortable and at home during every visit.

A big thank you to the entire team at Feathers for consistently making my stays so pleasant and memorable. The personalized service and genuine care make this hotel feel like a second home to me.

At check-in they told us that they needed to see our passports and visas. They wouldn't accept other forms of ID like a driver's license. I hadn't brought these items since they hadn't told us about this requirement at all ahead of time. I had a copy on my phone but I just got into India yesterday so I had no data or SIM. I asked if they could provide the WiFi for me to access the requested files for check-in and they said they couldn't do that until after check-in. Luckily, my friend was with me and was able to provide a Hotspot for me to get WiFi and access the files to show them. Basically, we would have been screwed over by their terrible customer service if not for my own foresight to have a copy on my phone, and my friend's assistance with WiFi. Pretty disappointing.

It was a very nice trip. The office transport officer, Mr Sachin was very helpful. All the staff were very kind. Food was over pressed, but overall, it was a very nice experience.

The hospitality was trip niche , loved the food here, rooms were spacious , gym 24/7 access and the pool area was fun too .

Stay was very comfortable and the food is extremely good. Staff is very friendly. Cleaning services were excellent. Special thanks to Nivas from the room cleaning services team.

Amazing hotel and the highlight was that I was staying alone on my birthday because of work and the staff prepared a surprise for me with a cake! Hospitality level 1000!

There are a multitude of reasons why this is an outstanding hotel. I have been coming to Chennai for years and stay at Feathers for the majority of times. From the moment my car pulls into the hotel entrance, the security guards greet me with the warmth of long lost friends. The front desk, including the likes of Moumis and Parvin are ever ready with an easy smile and the sweetest of welcomes. The housekeeping team including Sridher G, Priyanka and Rajesh are ever ready with great initiative and immaculate service, blending both humble respect for privacy and a genuine intention to ensure comfort. The F&B team are such stars, chefs like Jai, Sujeet, Susendran, Primod and Vinod always whipping up gastronomical delights and being creative in serving up recipes off the menu to fit my desires of the moment. The serving team including masterfully led by Wang and Shaji and ably supported by the likes of Arila, Karthik and Kushal and the broader team of Samim, Trisha, Ananya, Miraz are always going the extra miles to ensure my stomach is filled and introducing me to the galaxy of Indian gastronomy. Then we have the banquet team of Rafique, Arun and Prakash who is now in sales. What absolute stars! Personal, prompt, friendly with a can-do mindset to ensure a high standard of excellence. Amitesh as hotel manager is clearly doing a stellar job in building a solid team and creating culture of care, personal responsibility, respectful humility and service excellence personalised to the highest level. All the individuals above (and more!) march the same tune. That's why Feathers feels so much like a second home. It's like returning to friends and family.

Amazing experience with personalised services

The food there is amazing, service first class, I was living there 2 months and it was incredible.

The chefs are really experts in all types of food. Skyloft restaurant has the perfect mix to enjoy local food with amazing views and life music to enjoy your stay.
