Gesamteindruck sehr gut auch wenn Mängel da waren...würde wieder kommen.
Pros:

Frühstück ausreichend gut, Kaffee gut; Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, Lage ist bestmögliche gewesen. Personal sehr freundlich und eigentlich tolles Hotel

Cons:

Sanitär Anlage alt und Toilette roch nach Urin ständig obwohl sauber gemacht wurde...Duschkabine sehr klein, am Wochenende ist ein Lokal in der nähe sehr laut (Musik) so dass man nicht gut einschlafen konnte. Essen in eigenem Restaurant viel zu teuer für die Qualität. Ich würde von dem Fisch abraten da sehr fad und fantasielos zubereitet.

Sehr gepflegte Aussenanlage.
Restaurant Spitzenklasse.

Cons:

Etwas wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Im Badezimmer sollte es mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen geben.

Pros:

Loved, loved loved this hotel. The breakfasts were great, the location was amazing and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing as we had a balcony and a terrace

Es un Hotel que tiene una ubicacion Inmejorable y exclusiva, sobre el lago y a 100m de donde comenza el casco Historico de Marcesine., justo debajo del Castillo, tiene un Parking como pocos lugares, cubierto y descubierto.
Tiene un Restaurante bien valorado y con vistas al lago. Las vistas dede las habitaciones que dan sobre el lago, dejan un recuerdo imborrable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones, la nuestra era con vista sobre el lago, son de dimensiones resucidas, aunque con un peque;o balconcito, necesitaba trabajar con mi notebook y casi no tenia lugar para mover el mouse.
La conexion a internet fue caotica, no pude trabajar, se cortaba a cada instante, es mas me produjo un problema en el controlador del Wi-Fi.
Fui a comentarle a un empleado de la recepcion, me dijo que el no tenia que hubiera problemas, y que seguro se debia al mal tiempo, (habia pleno sol.)
Me dijo una tonteria total, si el empleado no sabe que no hable, pero que no invente, desconoce que el tiempo no afecta, desconoce que la comunicacion llega al hotel por medio de fibra optica, y que el hotel la distribuye por medio de su red. Por favor si no saben que no hablen, ademas no fue muy cordial.

Beste stedet med de beste folka!
Pros:

Dette var helt topp! Stille og rolig sted med nydelig mat og fantastisk personale. Rent og pent overalt og gøy med utlånsbåter av ymse slag. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Cons:

Ikke noe med selve stedet men litt bratt nedkjørsel gjennom en fotgjengersone.

Erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Lage.

Stunning location on the lake
Pros:

We loved our stay at this hotel. Rooms were large and comfortable the living suite was fantastic with a beautiful balcony with stunning view. Modern, clean and quiet. With comfortable beds. Breakfast was awesome and the staff really made the difference so warm and helpful and friendly. We went up the entirety of lake garda and can't imagine a better town or location on the lake or a better hotel. Definitely recommend staying here dont hesitate! Also take the ferry to Limone such an adorable town!! Get the lemon ice cream and all other things lemon, so delicious!!

Great location in Malcesine with a view that can’t be beat.
