Castello Lake Front hat Flair, liegt ruhig und wir werden wiederkommen, danke.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage: unterhalb des Castello’s direkt am See mit Liegewiese, direkter Zugang zum See, Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel und ein paar Meter zu Fuß und man ist in der Altstadt von Malcesine.
Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen (auch glutenfrei), Restaurant empfehlenswert.
Das Personal vom Empfang über den Service bis zum Reinigungspersonal immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Tolles Hotel, Tolles Frühstück
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser. Die Zufahrt zu den Parkplätzen erfolgt ca. 50m durch die Fussgängerzone, das muss man wissen um es zu finden. Ansonsten alles prima.
Mit das beste Frühstück dass ich bisher in einem Hotel hatte. Bravo

מלון חמוד אך לא שווה את התמורה למחיר, מתאים רק ביולי אוגוסט.
Pros:

אהבנו את המיקום, גם קרוב לרחובות הקטנים בעיירה, גם על האגם וגם ליד הטירה. הארוחת בוקר וערב היו מעולות. סה״כ מלון קטן שקט.

Cons:

לא שווה את התמורה למחיר. חדר קטן וישן, מקלחת של פעם, רוח מטורפת באיזור הזה של החוף ואי אפשר היה לשבת על שפת האגם וזה כל הקטע של המלון. המלון עצמו מאוד קטן ובלי בריכה. אם מזג האוויר לא מתאים לכניסה לאגם אז המלון מאבד את הקסם.

Top Lage, top Frühstück, top Suite mit Panoramasicht auf den See. Sehr ruhig nachts.
Gutes Restaurant mit Seeblick.

Cons:

Auf Anfragen bzgl. für uns fehlende Gegenstände und Defekt von Lichtschaltern im Zimmer wurde reagiert, jedoch nicht grad so in Art und Weise wie wir es erwartet hätten.

Amazing stay - would recommend
Pros:

Amazing location by the lake + centre of town. Food and drink all really good, and the staff friendly and helpful. Clean and functional room with a great view from the balcony.

Cons:

Power outlets next to bed - as a non-European, couldn’t figure out how to use them. Didn’t fit my plug adapters

Ein Hotel was man ohne Frage weiter empfehlen kann!
Pros:

Es war alles in Ordnung! Am besten die Lage und natürlich auch die moderne Einrichtung des Hotels.
Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer mit Südseitenbalkon(Blick auf Burg und seitlicher Blick zum Gardasee....Absolut schön zum Entspannen. Da es sehr heiß war....zum sonnen perfekt geeignet.
Die Klimaanlage war auch perfekt. Ruhig und zuverlässig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war von der Einrichtung her i.O. , aber die Raumgröße ist grenzwertig und ohne Kleiderschrank! Man lebt also aus dem Koffer.

Der Pool läßt zu wünschen übrig, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Dann habe ich ein Basecap vergessen und die günstigste Rücksendung kostet 30€ über einen Drittanbieter! Ist ein Erinnerungsstück...aber nicht für den Preis!
Das entspricht nicht einem guten Service!

Holidaying at Hotel Costello
Pros:

The hotel is perfect, is well managed and staffed and nothing is too much to ask or too much trouble for staff to deal with. Every member of staff is trained exceptionally well, they are friendly, hospitable professional in their roles. All staff are dressed very well and ‘look the part’. You should be very proud of all staff and everything you provide for your guests. The breakfast buffet selection is enormous and worthy of recognition. Dining in the evenings was very pleasant with a good choice of menu and the presentation delightful.
Personally, I struggled with the mattress and sleeping but as soon as I mentioned it housekeeping came to sort out the problem and my sleep was greatly improved.
We would both, without exception, recommend this charming hotel and everything that it provides including being right by the lake with the gorgeous and beautiful village to stroll around too! What more can you ask!!

Pros:

It is a very beautiful, modern hotel directly at the lake. We had a room with a spacious terrace overlooking the lake and the mountains - everything we could wish for our anniversary trip. And the breakfasts were super delicious - I highly recommend this hotel.
