Maravilloso
The location was excellent, easy access to the sun loungers and lake, and a short walk into the centre of Malcesine.
The staff were very attentive and friendly, special mention to Toni.
The food was really good - the dinner menu was compact yet varied and excellent quality and good value for money with an extensive wine list.

Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Absolutely beautiful location; easy walking distance to anything you'd want to do in Malcesine. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is attentive. They have a lovely grassy area with lounge chairs near a small beach (the lake was cold and refreshing!). Their restaurant, Al Bacio, is excellent and the wait staff is superb! Salvatore (he is a gem!), Toni, and Paul, all served us for multiple lunches and dinners and, frankly, we ate at Al Bacio more than we had planned to because of Salvatore, Toni, and Paul! If you love experiencing simply gorgeous mountain lakes and first-class service, then Castello Lake Front Hotel, Malcesine, is for you!
Everything. Best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel . Lunch and dinner excellent if you decide to eat at the hotel. Location is amazing. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is an issue with them, they are always wiling to assist
I can think of nothing that could have improved my stay
Lage direkt am See. Lokalitäten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz dabei. Personal was überaus freundlich. Frühstücken mit grandioser Aussicht!
Leider war das Frühstücksbuffet kaum gekühlt, daher sah das Essen gleich nicht mehr so frisch aus.
Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See mit eigener Liegewiese, sowie eigenem Seezugang, Balkons mit Seeblick, Frühstücksraum und Speisegaststätte ebenfalls mit Seeblick. Für uns waren auch die Hotelparkplätze ausgesundheitlichen Gründen wichtig.
Frühstücksangebot hervorragend und das Essen in der Gaststätte bestens. In ganz großes Lob an alle Angestellten des Hotels !

I stayed at hotel castello lakefront with my wife and we loved everything about it. We had a fabulous junior suite with a large balcony / terrace facing the lake. The breakfast was good and varied and we dined each night in the resteraunt on site and enjoyed the traditional Italian food served there. The staff everywhere were pleasant and helpful

I loved it all. You would be aware that Malcesine is hilly, if you don't like walking up and down cobbled hilly streets then it's not for you.
Top Lage, direkt im Ort und doch die Ruhe am Wasser. Super Restaurant. Sehr schönes Zimmer.
