Big clean pool, nice gym with good ac, spacious room, breakfast included was nice. Perfect beach access offered amazing views as well!

Stopped refills from breakfast too early, staff sometimes not very helpful.

Mooi locatie. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

We hadden een huisje op de begane grond en liepen zo het strand op. Kamers waren goed en schoon. Schoonmakers waren aardig.

Cons:

Zwembad was goed alleen veel chloor in het water. Kleding en haren sloegen groen uit. Glijbaan stond uit maar als je naar badmeester liep deed hij hem aan.

Eine Woche auf Koh Chang
Pros:

Wir waren spontan für eine Woche im Lagoon Princess. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, vor allem die Lage direkt am Strand und das überaus zuvorkommende und freundliche Personal haben den Aufenthalt zu einem wunderschönen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Pros:

Lovely resort in the middle of White Sand beach. Big pool with slide, which was a great success with the kids. Right on the beach and surrounded by lots of beach restaurants. Many great restaurants and shops on the main street. Local night market a short walk away. Staff friendly and family room was comfortable.

Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Strandvillas waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Leider bei einer Anfrage auf Verlängerung zu teuer für Thailand.

Cons:

Das Frühstück kann man nicht empfehlen. Ich bin immer wo anders hingegangen.

Snídaně byly bohaté, vždy rychle doplněné, personál v jídelně naprosto úžasný.

Cons:

Tak nějak jsem měla pocit, že hotel je průchozí a veřejná budova. Lidé z ulice si chodili do hotelu, do bazénu.
