Beautiful views, great service, lovely hotel!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with the most phenomenal views, especially at sunset. The view from our balcony (we had a junior seafront suite) was stunning. The staff were all incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly and the service around the pool was brilliant. The food was good quality from the breakfast buffet to the poolside snacks and the dinner at Lungomare was very good too (again, the service at dinner really made the experience). Our room was spacious and comfortable with a good coffee machine and a large TV which we could stream Netflix to. The beanbag style sunbeds around the pool were very comfortable and, although the pool area got quite busy, we didn't often struggle for somewhere to sit. We rented a car for a few days via the hotel which was a seamless and easy experience. The car was dropped to and picked up from the hotel and there was a large secure, free car park. Overall a great experience!

Cons:

As there was only one pool, the pool area did get quite busy, but never to a point where it was a problem. It's very hilly so there's lots of walking up and down hill and up and down stairs, but this isn't a problem if you have a moderate level of fitness. And it's the price you pay for the beautiful view so it feels like a fair trade! The food and drink at the hotel is fairly expensive compared to the nearby tavernas, but as the quality and service were good, again it wasn't a problem.

מלון שמצטיין בשירות ונותן תחושה נעימה לשהות בו, האוכל בארוחת הבוקר ובמסעדות טעים מאוד.

הצוות מסבירי פנים, שירות נהדר מעל ומעבר, זמינים מאוד דרך ווצאפ גם לכל שאלה. ארוחת בוקר טובה ועשירה, חדרים נקיים, מסעדה טובה במלון לארוחות ערב, ROOM SERVICE מעולה. מיקום גיאוגרפי טוב מספר דקות נסיעה משדה התעופה, לאסי וארגוסטולי. גישה נוח לחוף PLATIS GIALOS הצמוד.

Cons:

החדר בגודל טוב אך חצי ממנו היה ריק מרהיטים ונותר חלל די גדול שהיה ריק. היה נחמד אם היתה פינת ישיבה בחלל הריק. בדרך מהחניון צריך לחצות כביש כדי להגיע למלון ויש די הרבה מדרגות. הבריכה והחוף הפרטי מעט רחוקים מהבניין המרכזי, הבריכה יותר קטנה משציפינו ודי עמוסה, התקשנו למצוא מיטה סביבה עקב העומס. הירידה לחוף הפרטי מעט מאתגרת כיוון שזו ירידה חדה, החוף קטן בלי הרבה מיטות ולא מרווח. העדפנו ללכת לחופים אחרים באי.

Traumhaft gelegen, herrlicher Blick vom Zimmer auf den Strand, sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, das immer optimal sauber gehalten wurde, bequemes Bett, guter Frühstücksbrunch

Service wirkte im Hotel recht distanziert und unpersönlich (ausgenommen im Restaurant und das Housekeeping-Personal), Preise im Restaurant und vor allem abends am Buffet und im Poolbereich wirkten für das Gebotene überhöht, der Privatstrand war recht klein und der Einstieg nur über felsigen Untergrund möglich, der öffentliche Strand nebenan bietet ein deutlich besseres Erlebnis

חדר כושר הוא בגדר חלום- פשוט לא ניתן להשתמש בו בלי להזמין מקום והכול טפוס.
כדי להתנייד במלון צריך כושר.
בחוף הים הפרטי מלא סלעים ומעט מיטות, כדי לנסות לשבת שם צריך לקום ממש מוקדם

יש לקחת בחשבון שזה ריזורט על צלע הר ויש הרבה ירידות ועליות לחדרי בונגלו (לא לחדרים הרגילים שבבניין המרכזי )
הצוות הציע שפשוט נשלח הודעה כל פעם שצריכים הסעה וכך באמת עשו . אבל צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון למי שקשה ללכת

Quarto com vista mar fez a nossa estadia ser perfeita.

O hotel fica localizado por cima de uma praia excelente, com acesso direto através de um portão, fica também bastante perto de vários restaurantes de boa qualidade.

Funcionários bastante simpáticos e atenciosos.

Bom pequeno-almoço , com variedade de produtos.

Foram 10 dias perfeitos.

Cons:

O quarto deveria sofrer alguns upgrades nas suas comodidades (máquina do café, ferro de engomar e um melhor secador de cabelo)

Posizione, vista panoramica e vicinanza alle spiagge, tranquillamente raggiungibili anche a piedi, sono sicuramente i punti di forza della struttura.
La colazione è molto varia, con una predominanza di proposte salate, probabilmente dovuta alla presenza di molti ospiti internazionali. La piscina è super comoda, perfetta per rilassarsi, con un ottimo servizio bar.
Il ristorante à la carte è davvero sublime: qualità dei piatti e servizio impeccabili.
Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con vista sul lato interno e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di traffico, rumori o altri disturbi.
La sera, se non si vuole raggiungere Argostoli, nelle immediate vicinanze dell’hotel, soprattutto nella zona di Lassi, si trovano ristoranti, locali, negozietti e diversi punti di ritrovo.
Mare bellissimo e tanto relax.

Cons:

Sicuramente la bellezza del posto sta anche nell’essere immerso nel verde. Proprio per questo, credo sarebbe utile prevedere una golf cart per facilitare gli spostamenti tra la piscina e la struttura principale, dove si trovano l’hotel, il buffet della colazione e gli altri servizi.
