Great location and service
Views were better than we expected. Had a great time.

A piscina é relativamente pequena para o numero de quartos do hotel, estava sempre cheia. É um hotel que exige caminhadas e subidas para circular nele. Não chegou a atrapalhar e foi bem avisado no momento da reserva. Os preços de bebida e alimentação bem acima dos praticados nos restaurantes fora do hotel.

We chose to stay here because my brother recommended it as one of the best hotels in Kefalonia. It certainly wasn’t a bad hotel, and we had a good stay overall, but we left feeling that it simply wasn’t worth the price we paid.
The hotel is starting to feel a little dated, especially considering the premium rates it charges. Compared to some of the other hotels we stayed at during our trip around Greece, we felt the overall value for money wasn’t there. The service was also probably the least impressive of all the places we stayed.
One of the biggest drawbacks is the layout of the property. Everything is very spread out. Our room was about a 10-minute walk from the main pool, and the beach was roughly the same distance in the opposite direction. After spending time at the beach, there were no showers to rinse off before returning, so you inevitably ended up walking sand back into your room.
The main pool was also quite small for the size of the hotel and often didn’t have enough available loungers. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was served in what felt like a canteen, despite the hotel having beautiful outdoor areas that would have created a much more enjoyable atmosphere. The breakfast was however of a very good standard.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the hotel. However, given the price, we expected a much higher standard. There are, in our opinion, better-value options in Greece that offer a more premium experience for similar or even less money.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Empfangspersonal – vor allem Nicholas, der ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Vielen Dank dafür!
Die Strände waren wunderschön, das Essen sowohl am Buffet als auch in den Restaurants hervorragend und unser Zimmer war immer sehr sauber. In diesen Punkten können wir wirklich nur Positives sagen.
Leider gab es aber auch einige Dinge, die unseren Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt haben. Für Familien mit Baby und Kinderwagen ist das Hotel unserer Meinung nach absolut nicht ideal. Viele Bereiche sind mit dem Kinderwagen nur umständlich bzw. schwer zugänglich, was den Alltag mit einem kleinen Kind deutlich erschwert.
Auch das Personal im Buffetrestaurant haben wir leider mehrfach als unmotiviert und teilweise unfreundlich erlebt. Gerade bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir uns hier einen aufmerksameren und herzlicheren Service gewünscht.
Wir reisen sehr viel und haben dadurch einige Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Für diesen Aufenthalt haben wir wirklich viel Geld ausgegeben und müssen deshalb auch ehrlich sagen, dass wir für einen vergleichbaren Preis bereits Hotels erlebt haben, die hinsichtlich Ausstattung, Sauberkeit in den gesamten Hotelbereichen und vor allem beim allgemeinen Service noch einmal auf einem höheren Niveau waren.
Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte war es insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Besonders die traumhaften Strände, das hervorragende Essen, unser sauberes Zimmer und der tolle Empfang – allen voran Nicholas – werden uns positiv in Erinnerung bleiben.

מלון מהמם ביופיו שירות של הצוות מעל ומעבר טוב. מיקום מעולה , קרוב לכל דבר , מלא חנייה . ארוחת בוקר מצוינת. אוירה נהדרת בערב , שקיעה מהממת מהמלון.
It was a great location, and the hotel is nice, just a bit pricey for what you actually get. Some small changes would make such a difference.
The breakfast is great, but its in like a canteen, not sure why they would allow guest to eat breakfast outside when the views are immaculate.
Die Lage des Hotels ist genial; direkt auf einer Klippe über dem Meer mit privatem Zugang zum Meer. Sehr großzügige Anlage mit vielen und sehr bequemen Sonnenliegen. Sehr großzügiges Feühstücksbuffet.
Manche Teile des Hotel könnten wieder mal renoviert werden wie zB die Liegefläche beim Pool. Die Fliesen scheinen von den 90er Jahren zu sein.
Great location, very close to nice beach and short walk to Lassi. Also quick journey to Argostoli. Room was nice, bit of a squeeze for 3 people (we had bungalow) but great view from balcony.
