Nydelig beliggenhet, hyggelig personal, rene områder og gode restauranter i nærheten. Helt nydelig at man kan ligge ved bassenget samtidig som man kan ta seg et bad i sjøen. Veldig fin og ren offentlig strand rett i nærheten. Personalet var veldig behjelpelige med å ordne taxi, bilutleie og båtleie.

Dry tidy organised within beautiful views and very friendly staff

We stayed here as a family of five with kids aged 14-19. Beautiful hotel, large rooms, calm ambience, great range of sunloungers and choice of different places to lie. All the staff were genuinely friendly, especially Aristotle and Odysseus at the pool. Would highly recommends recommend staying here and will come back again.

My husband and I chose White Rocks Hotel for our honeymoon and traveled all the way from Florida to celebrate here. After months of researching hotels in Kefalonia, we knew it looked beautiful—but nothing could have prepared us for how breathtaking it is in person. From the moment we arrived, White Rocks exceeded every expectation.

We stayed in a sea-facing bungalow, and waking up each morning to the sun sparkling across the crystal-clear Ionian Sea felt like something out of a dream. The views alone are worth the trip.

When we entered our suite, we were greeted with the sweetest honeymoon surprises, including thoughtful gifts and a handwritten note from the staff congratulating us. Before our stay, I had reached out asking if they had any recommendations for honeymooners, and they not only remembered our conversation but went above and beyond to make our stay feel incredibly personal and special. That level of genuine hospitality meant so much to us.

One of our favorite parts of the resort was spending our days on the private beach, swimming in the unbelievably clear turquoise water before walking over to the beach bar for an Aperol Spritz or a refreshing local beer. A fun tip for future guests: pick up an inexpensive inflatable float from one of the nearby shops—it makes relaxing in the calm, crystal-clear water even more enjoyable!

We also loved starting one morning with the complimentary yoga session on the outdoor yoga deck overlooking the sea. It was peaceful, rejuvenating, and one of those experiences we’ll always remember.

For dinner, we tried both the buffet and Lungomare restaurant. While both were wonderful, Lungomare was absolutely unforgettable. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was romantic, and the waterfront views made for the perfect honeymoon dinner. They overheard it was our honeymoon and our waitress brought us each a glass of champagne, we felt spoiled 🥂 And whatever you do, don’t skip their own wine! We visited local wineries during our trip, yet some of the best wine we had all vacation was right here at White Rocks.

Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their warmth, attention to detail, and pride in creating memorable experiences truly set this hotel apart.

White Rocks gave us the honeymoon we had always dreamed of, and we will cherish these memories forever. If you’re looking for a romantic, peaceful escape with incredible scenery, outstanding food, exceptional service, and one of the most beautiful beaches in Kefalonia, look no further. We cannot recommend White Rocks Hotel highly enough and hope to return one day!

Lovely hotel in a great part of Kefalonia. They have many different types of room and it is a "sprawling" hotel across the clifftops on the outskirts of Lassi. We stayed in a sea view bungalow which was well appointed and spacious. It was located in the middle of the grounds halfway between the pool/hotel beach and the main building with the reception and restaurants etc. Perfect for us. We stayed on a half board basis and found the food to be just that right amount of choice and variation. They also allow you to swap your evening meal for lunch (basically giving you a credit to put towards buying lunch) so that you can go out for dinner if you wish. You just needed to let them know at the point of ordering lunch. This was a nice touch. Lovely pool, clean hotel, beautiful views and handy for a short taxi ride to Argostoli

Grate service, Kind people and beautiful resort.

There is no doubt this hotel is in a beautiful setting. There are lots of steep steps and steep paths especially for people who have booked suites/juniorsuites which are in the bungalows in the grounds, the swimming pool and pool bar are also accessed this way.

Our bungalow was clean and spacious with an amazing view overlooking the sea, unfortunately we were unable to take advantage as there was no shade from the afternoon sun except for a small parasol, these rooms definitely need a retractable awning. Also no comfy chairs on the balcony for when the sun had gone down, the furniture consisted of two beach deckchairs more suitable to Blackpool beach and a wooden dining table and chairs with no cushions.

The sandy hotel beach is not free to use and two loungers and a parasol cost €20 per day, there is a smaller hotel beach which is free to use a steep walk past the pool and pool bar, it is rocky and quite slippery to get into the water, there aren’t many loungers here, it is very nice and the water is lovely.

The food in the restaurant is definitely not what you would expect from a 4 star rated hotel, very little choice and quite often cold, make sure you get a hot plate which will help. Very surprised as this is a family hotel that ice cream is not served in the restaurant, not good for little kids or big kids like my hubby who loves ice cream. The service here very hit and miss.

The pool bar serves lovely food during the day, the portions are big, we shared and it was plenty. You can also get ice cream here during the day

The bar at the hotels À la carte restaurant is lovely for an after dinner cocktail or to watch the fabulous sunsets, the waitresses are lovely and the cocktails are delicious if a tad expensive at €16.50 each. The very low key entertainment is also here two nights per week.

Kefalonia is a very beautiful and scenic island, and it is worth hiring a car to do some sightseeing. Would I return? yes maybe to the island but not to this hotel

As said in many review this hotel is in a stunning location and has been in the same family for many many years so there is pride and passion to make your stay memorable...as always it is the staff that can make or break a day and they were all great and the manager (Evan) has his finger on the pulse ...there were a few blips like greedy people reserving sun beds which they try hard to stop but it happens...the hotel has its own private beach but we preferred the public beach next door and the hotel has its own private gate ...the dinner setting is spectacular but book for 9pm or after because its south facing!...we are not partially sun bathing people so we hired a car fir 3 days to explore and its pretty cheap...Agostoli is certainly with a visit (unless there is a cruise liner in!) ...all in all we had a 10 out of 10 stay....Thank you all

Everything was amazing

We absolutely loved our stay at White Rocks Hotel. We stayed in a seaside bungalow, and waking up to the sound of the sea every morning was simply amazing. It was incredibly peaceful – all we could hear was the waves and the crickets in the evening.

The room was cleaned every day, and everyone on the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food, and everything was very well organized.

White Rocks gets a 10 out of 10. Everything was perfect! The location, the amenities, the staff and the food were simply lovely! They pay attention to every little detail and treat the guests with such kindness.

The views staff and food

Just got back from a lovely week at White Rocks hotel. The location is absolutely stunning with beautiful views and a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a bungalow which which was well equipped comfortable bed, and a great view. The only downside was we were placed right at thr far end of the resort which is very spread out, the main building and pool was a trek to get to especially when you are returning back with various very steep slopes and steps to navigate in 30° + heat. The food was excellent with good choice although the drinks are pricey. Staff are very friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned to a high standard. Lassi is not far to walk but again the hotel make this awkward as you have to go down to the beach and back up to the main road, there was a short cut but this was always chained off. Kefalonia is stunning definitely worth hiring a car!
