Pros:

The swimming pool for kids of every ages, and adults too

Cons:

Swimming pool is close to the main road, a bit noisy but we could handle it easily

very good experience for the price and for family
Pros:

- happy hour everyday 16h-18h with 50% discount on cocktails & beer
- my daughter could have spent all day long at the pool and its slides
- wifi was good
- cleaning done every day
- breakfast with mix of western and thai food
- live music and fire show on the beach side
- friendly staff
- 7 eleven right next to hotel entrance
- the staff brings your belongings to your bungalow/room on a cart

Cons:

- the double sliding door didnt close fully so quite noisy when it was raining in middle of night
- no umbrella on the beach (you had to fetch a staff to get you one) and 4-5 sunbeds that were made unavailable from 5 PM

Good facility just needs some more hustle bustle. Maybe the low season was to blame.
Pros:

It was nice comfortable place. Good staff but due to low season it seemed the staff was not 100% in attendance.

Cons:

The dining options were very limited. The cafe was usually deserted though the food was quite nice.

The breakfast was bare minimum and a resort of such caliber the expectation is a good breakfast with lots of variety.

Perfect stay for family
Pros:

What an amazing place to stay. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Rooms and surrounding areas were always kept clean. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice and always fresh.
