Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, unkomplizierter Umgang. Das Frühstück war appetitlich angerichtet und auf Extrawünsche wurde sehr freundlich eingegangen. Lage war für uns super. Nicht im Altstadtzentrum, aber in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar

Wir haben uns 5 Tage wohlgefühlt. Die Chefin Frau Langner war sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit!!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, Persönliche Sonderwünsche wurden anstandslos erfüllt. Personal war immer gut
aufgelegt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Innenhof eine grüne Oase. Entfernung zu der Innenstadt Steyr problemlos zu
Fuß(20min) mit Auto (5min) gleich im ersten Parkhaus "CityPoint".keine Vorschläge dazu

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet: keine Eier und Eierspeise mehr im 9 Uhr z.b
Preis Leistung stimmt nicht:125 für eine Nacht im Juni fragte ich mich wofür. Möbeln und Ausstattung ist auch nichts besonderes

Sauberes Stadthotel, sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliche Mitarbeiter, ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Wer gut zu Fuß ist kann in 10 Minuten fußläufig in die Altstadt.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage ca 800 m vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder über Nacht einstellen. Gutes Frühstück.

Es gibt KEINEN Innenpool.

es sind extrem harte Ferderkernmatratzen und alte Zimmereinrichtung.

Geruch im langen Galerie-Hausgang als würde nie gelüftet.
