Had to wait for 10 minutes at the reception because it was unoccupied. Same with the bar for a night cap. Should have more or simply more attentive staff

Okres świetności Belotto juz minąl.A to głownie za sprawą personelu, siedzącego z nosem w smartfonie,nie reagującego na prosbe goscia.Stojąc pod prysznicem okazało się ze pojemnik z szamponem oraz z płynem do mycia bÿł pusty.Zadzwoniłam do recepcji prosząc o dostarczenie brakujących płynów i pan przyjmujący moje zgłoszenie wogóle się tym nie zajął-a mówił ze zaraz wszystko załatwi.Tak więc myłam głowę płynem do mycia rąk znad umywalki co jest karygodnym zachowaniem wobec gościa w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu.Ręczniki trącą myszką a na pewno nie są już białe.W barze pan miał kłopot bo nie miał składowych do Margarity i chodził gdzieś pożyczac tequille.Śniadania bardzo mikro.Ogólnie wrażenie opuszczonego miejsca gdzie dominuje recepcjonista przyklejony dk swojego fotela.Na pewno hotelowi trzeba zabrać co najmniej 2 gwiazdki.

Pure luxury in the heart of Old Town. The apartments are gorgeous and huge, the location is unbeatable, and the staff treats you like royalty. Truly a incredible find in Warsaw!

Pros:

Very nice ornate hotel and room. Great shower and provided toiletries. Breakfast at the on site restaurant had a huge selection of buffet for 50zl, and a menu of more.

Cons:

Bathroom smelled like sewer, guy bringing us to the room seemed brand new
