There are two wings of the hotel building. The elevator is located only in one of them. The guests who would like to have a room with access to the elevator are kindly asked to provide this information when making the booking.

Reception ordered a taxi to take us to the venue for the wedding we were attending. It cost us double the price that others paid - all from Old Town

Definitely not worth the money paid

The furniture was pretty

Cons:

There were only 18°C in the room, and the air conditioning was not working in heating mode. We were cold throughout the entire night.

The room service did not work as expected. The hotel claims that food is available from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, but the only option offered was a Greek salad.

The breakfast was extremely poor, with a very limited selection of food. The quality of the items available was also below expectations.

The hotel is not worth the money. The restaurant closes very early; when we arrived at 9:20 PM, the kitchen was already closed and no food was available.

The carpet in the room should be cleaned more thoroughly, especially for a 5-star hotel. Professional carpet cleaning should be carried out regularly, at least once a week.

Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star property.

Pros:

Large comfortable well appointed room in central location for sight seeing and close to many good restaurants

Cons:

Room on 3rd level did not have elevator access. Also, we were not told that our 5 day booking included breakfast or even told where the restaurant was located.

This was the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had.

The place smelled extremely bad from the moment we entered — a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away. On top of that, it was incredibly dirty. It clearly had not been properly cleaned: dust, stains, and general neglect everywhere.

What’s even worse, the photos in the listing are completely misleading. The actual condition of the apartment is nothing like what is shown online.

I would strongly advise avoiding this place. It does not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or honesty.

Despite having two reception desks I had to wait because the only one of them were providing check-in. Also considering the price I had to pay for parking, also they charged me 500 zl for room deposit and that wasn't clear when I was booking the apartment. Considering the level of hotel it looked weird.
