Pros:

Sehr schönes Design, sehr sauber und freundlich. Leckeres Frühstück. Einfach eine tolle und einladend Atmosphäre zum abschalten.

Cons:

Es wäre toll, wenn der Kaffee beim Frühstück nicht bei der Maschine selbst herausgelassen werden muss. Die Qualität des Kaffees passt nicht zum Rest des Frühstücks und des Hotels. Ich würde mir einen Kaffeeservice wünschen mit höherer Qualität Kaffee.

Wonderful stay, highly recommended
Pros:

A charming hotel and an excellent choice for our trip to Lake Garda.

The location is very convenient — just a 15–25 minute drive from beautiful towns around the lake and from Gardaland.

We especially loved the pool, which was perfect for the whole family and became our favorite place to relax after a full day of activities. The sun loungers overlooking the peaceful and beautiful Frassino Lake made it even more special.

Breakfast was varied and excellent, with plenty of options. We also had dinner at the hotel several times, and everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and served with great attention to detail. During the weekend there was lovely live music at dinner, and sitting outside with a saxophone player in the background created a truly magical atmosphere.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, with excellent daily housekeeping. When we asked to have the shower head replaced, it was taken care of immediately.

The service throughout our stay was warm, professional, and attentive, and every member of the staff made us feel very welcome.

Without a doubt, Le Ali del Frassino was an excellent choice and a meaningful part of our wonderful experience at Lake Garda. It is absolutely worth the price, and we would happily stay here again.

Lovely resort, but the service and dining fall short of what the price would lead you to expect.
Pros:

A beautiful setting with lovely rooms and excellent facilities. The grounds are peaceful and green — relaxation is guaranteed. The pool is lovely, and the pool bar in particular stood out, with a good choice of snacks and drinks.

Cons:

A few things fell short always relative to the price. We asked for a second key card and were initially refused because they had reportedly run out — after I complained I was "lucky" because they found one! We had also requested rooms close together a long time before, but ended up at opposite edges of the resort, even though rooms of the same type were available nearer to each other, not a big one but still inconvenient. Breakfast was fairly basic unless you paid extra for the cooked options (french toast, crêpes) — the buffet on its own was underwhelming. The restaurant didn't meet expectations either, and there seemed to be a shortage of salt and pepper: waiters would take the cruet from our table mid-meal to pass to another one.

Abbiamo allungato il soggiorno di una notte per quanto ci siamo trovati bene. Un luogo davvero incantevole, dal laghetto
Pros:

Struttura favolosa. Ampi spazi, anche esterni. Doppia piscina: una per le famiglie ed una per gli adulti. La tranquillità regna sovrana e il cibo è davvero ottimo.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che cercherei di migliorare un po’ è la sorveglianza della piscina per famiglie; c’erano bambini davvero troppo chiassosi e al limite della maleducazione.

El personal de recepción muy atento y agradable.
Los edificios y elementos comunes: piscinas, terrazas, restaurante, etc.

Cons:

Productos desayuno poco variado y de poca calidad, además cobran aparte y a precios elevados cualquier producto que no esté en el bufé.

Pros:

Parken direkt am Haus inklusive.
A la Carte Restaurant sehr gut.
Frühstück Top.
Rezeption sehr kompetent und freundlich.
Zimmer sehr schön mit gemütlicher Terrasse.
Liegt super gelegen direkt im Naurschutzgebiet.
Perfektes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub oder für die Durchreise in den Süden.

Cons:

Ein bisschen zu viele Kinder, darunter leidet etwas die Entspannung. Aber ansonsten Alles Tip Top.
